Yep, they literally think it's funny that there are tens of thousands of rapists and murderers in the country because of federal policy as long as they haven't personally been affected. Very sick, very stupid people.

Show us this figure.

Right, everyone knows the only candidates who support free speech are the ones actively campaigning criminalizing "misinformation."

Useless generation that refuses to work for a living can't afford a home?

Boo freaking hoo. Let them starve.

Apparently almost 1/3 of them are affording a home if RedFin is accurate.

But surprised that Gen X trended behind both Millennials and Boomers.

For my own part I admit I did wait to buy, but not because I couldn't afford it. When I started looking in the 2002 timeframe prices were rocketing up, and I thought "this has to pull back."

I was wrong of course, and bought a house a few years later closer to the top of the market. 🤷‍♂️

I only share that because it's possible late Gen X made similar choices, delaying purchasing thinking the market would flatten or pull back.

Cheap money and NIMBY fueled a huge home value jump.

It's one of the most out of touch positions I've seen on here.

Coming from the people who support politicians who say kids can't afford to pay off student loans, but they can afford a house with the market so high.

I'm not sure anyone's arguing it's more affordable.

But a lot of millennials and even Gen Z are still finding a way.

You're not going to find an argument from me that we need to increase inventory especially for young home buyers. FWIW at least Kamala has a plan there. And I'm not talking about the stupid $25k thing, her less spoken about but more economically viable plan to incentivize home building at least has its head in the right place.

Sure does. Only someone way out of touch thinks it's easier for anyone to buy a home now let alone kids starting a family. It's beyond laughable.

This. No new home buyers have purchased in hood either. It's crazy that first time home buyers seen to have a completely different market than the more mature buyers, isn't it?

It was also.much harder for me to buy my first home than it was for my parents. Obviously the person to blame is the vice president.

Lol instead of posting that you and Boogie must wake up wondering how you are going to gaslight us today I'll say I'm 100% percent wrong and I hope Harris campaigns on home affordability and accessibility in every swing state left. If that laughable gaslighting BS is true let her do that and we can all get to sleep early.

Statistics are not made up by your close friends or bar acquaintances. I ran with cliques in HS who now are paycheck to paycheck to a man, and some college drinking buddies who could all retire at 45 if they wanted.

I could weave a narrative around either of them if I wanted.

Whether it's Twitter,. Fox,.or Newsmax, they're all trying to sell you a narrative that keeps you engaged. That narrative involves keeping you angry about what "the others" will do.

I can't show you that. You have to see it. But you're being bodied and it sucks.

A prime time, nationally televised, pre recorded interview and you waterheads can't take the time to support your blood clot of a candidate. Pathetic.

She doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut and when it's open she doesn't know what to say.

Interviews are not her thing. She's running for president but comes off sounding like an assistant manager of a local franchise filling in for her boss at a regional management meeting.

Almost childish in the attempts.

If she was going to do anything she randomly talks about, she could have been doing it. Should have been doing it.
