Funny thing about severe natural disasters like cat5 hurricanes... it takes several months, if not years, to recover from them and you need funding throughout that whole period of time.

Well, I was in FL for a cat5 so please tell me more. I'm not sure why he denied it, but I'll look into it.

I will say that you generally don't exhibit the Dunning-Kruger effects that many MAGAs do. 

(to be sure I have plenty of my own biases, as do we all. I truly mean no offense, and you can I'm sure point out plenty of biases I've exhibited traits of.)
