I seriously don't understand how this is even a thing, comparing the economies as if President's can maneuver them like speed boats. Pandemics, wars, droughts, major advances in technology like AI or extraction. All these things have more to do with US economy than a 5% increase or decrease in corporate tax. The Fed moves by 1/2 a pt and it does more than 90% of what a POTUS gets passed in 4 years. US economy is so robust, vast, and varied that a POTUS at best works the margins. The one and only thing this powerhouse hugest economy in history needs from its PTUS is stability.
