The fact that you attempt to project your happiness to everyone in almost all of your posts is a sign of "one-upping," which is also an indication that deep down your are probably depressed.  After a hard week of work, and @vikas83 is cruising down the Bel-Air strip in his porshe and expensive polo on the way to the champagne room at an exclusive strip club to snort the finest blow off the biggest tiddies in Cali, you should probably save your wife's money for therapy sessions.

I'm good bro, you just can't handle my level of jolly.

LA strip clubs are terrible, and no reason to go to them where I live. My wife is visiting her parents (her dad is still holding on), so I met an old buddy I hadn't seen in years yesterday for a beer and food in Malibu. We debated going to a strip club for like 30 seconds, and then just decided to drink another beer and call it a night. LA strip clubs don't serve alcohol, so you either have to be drunk when you arrive, or confront the sad reality that you are the guy willing to be sober in a strip club.

I am clearly uneducated on LA strip clubs.  That sounds pretty terrible!

Gotta be honest. That doesn't sound like a very happy day. Boogy may have won the happiness battle yesterday.

Yay, a "my life is so much better than yours" pissing contest on the EMB. You guys have really made it.

Just wait til they start posting photos on their lawns holding objects.  Vikas: polos stuffed with cash.  Boogeyman: a bottle of rum and Iron Maiden vinyl record.

This thread really does have potential.

I was more curious about people doing things spontaneous than comparing the quality of people days lol. People here have varying careers and commitment to them.

Sitting on a deck that is over the ocean and drinking beer = it was a good day.

I can't disagree with you there. Though, I'd probably trade the beer for boogy's rum and coke.

I have much time to myself now.  Back when, yes, I used to take a day off.  hated the job.  Switched jobs, and it's easy, I like the people, and there's no need to take a day off from it.

I usually don't like beer. The guy I was hanging out with so the dude who basically trained me as an investment banker when I first started over 20 years ago. We used to drink beers together in the office when we were still there at like 2am. So - nostalgia.

I get that. Always nice to go back to good times.

I drink more beer and wine in the cooler months.

It's obvious that none of you know true happiness.  Not a single mention of a sick zero-turn in this thread :nonono:

If your "day off" includes lawn care, you are definitely doing something wrong.

At one point, we broke open a bottle of Vodka we somehow had in the office.

Needless to say productivity declined a little too much.

I mean, having both solar power and an EV pretty much vaults me to the top.  Everything else awesome about me is just gravy

I rarely drink -- basically only when I'm in Vegas, or a guy's night out. Vodka or tequila for me.

I have nicer versions of both of those than you.

Go back to your shanty.
