I feel like I have ready this quote for eight games now from many different people. This was a divisional rival game against a quarterback (Dak) who has killed us over the years. We beat our division rivals. We are up three games on them and a full game over the conference. Let that sink in.

I don't take simplistic approaches. Details matter.

That was embarrassing. You cannot allow garbage like that to occur...ever.

Now let’s just hope the Goedert injury is nothing serious.

Especially the fans. How many times is this quarterback just bounced right back after some kind of mess up? Now here the defense is doing it too.

8-1 and dropped the boys three games in the rear of us. You think you’re mad? Cowboys fans are sick right now.

And I agree with you but they’ve beaten a lot of average to bad teams.

And? The NFL is a week-week league and we don't make our own schedule

If I'm not mistaken, our schedule has the greatest degree of difficulty in the NFL

Interesting take. I actually see it as the opposite. I think BJ is actually learning a little (way too slowly) and I’m seeing incremental improvements, but it’s still not enough. Desai’s scheme seems to be confusing our players and allowing QBs to easy pitch and catch down the field all night. It’s infuriating to watch.

I agree, the third quarter was the best BJ has called all season, but then he follows that with the series from in our endzone, the ridiculous bomb on 3rd and 3 and the last one which were all godawful calls.

He needs to know when to use intermediate passes to kill clock when the run isn't getting it done.

The playoff seeding doesn't look at anything but the W column.

8-1

They had it on the 6 with about 30 seconds left. That's insult added to injury :-)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Jalen Hurts also ties the all time NFL Record for most Consecutive Wins against Winning Teams at 12.

After the game Hurts was being interviewed by Princess Peephole.

He said "For this team, for this city, I'll do anything."

I love this kid.

Took me a bit to come around but how can you not be a fan.

It's not his scheme, it's the Fangio scheme that Lurie and Howie demand they play, which is basically Rush 4 drop 7 in a zone and bend but don't break in the red zone.

It's a gutless toothless D that plays the averages and somehow the averages won again this week .

I hate this D, it's so frustrating to watch, the purpose of the D is to limit big plays but if one is giving up 15 yards a play is that really working.

At least with Gannon as much as I hated him he had a good 5 man rush scheme, Desai dors not and it's so Infuriating to see a 3-15, 3-20 and have 2 LBs instead of an extra safety, especially when those LBs can't cover

It's just such a weak scheme that offenses have obviously figured out but they'll stick with it as long as the analytics tell them to.☹️

Spectacular game, that was tough.

Lot’s of big moments yet they got that win and it was as important as it gets.

Big win in a big game.

To think the next game is in 15 days at the Chiefs. Wow.

So:

- clear fumble recovery and down by contact that they allowed the cowboys to rip out and run away with it

- clear non TD call that was short by a yard and called a TD

- clear non 2 pt conversion being out of bounds they said was good

- a half dozen holding or illegal contact in the secondary that was called

- countless holds not called on the Dallas O line.

am I missing anything else from the help Dallas win at all costs highlight reel?

F the refs and F dem boys.

The low percentage pass to Brown on 3rd and 3 was nearly a killer for us today. No reason to call that pass play. A quick out/slant, bubble screen, hook, etc was what should’ve been called. Poor offensive play calling down the stretch almost cost us the game.

Yeah...we had 3 straight drives with a 3 and out to end the game. I can give them a pass for the drive that started at the goal line - that's tough sledding for any offence. But after Dallas got the TD, the defence desperately needed some rest there - at least one or two first downs. They should have taken the safe play and kept the clock moving.

I do give credit to the D-line (and D-line only ). They made some plays at the end of the game despite basically playing the entire 4th quarter. Not that the D was good by any stretch - they really struggled in coverage all game. But one thing to keep in mind is that Dallas took ball when we went up 28-17 with 1.13 to go in the 3rd. Following that in the final 16 mins 13 secs of the game, the Eagles only possessed the ball for 3 mins 42 secs. The one thing Siri's team have traditionally done well to help the D is play ball control and win TOP. The end of this game was the opposite.

The RTP on Reddick was pretty damn weak

Somehow we managed to hire an OC worse than Mike Groh

Johnson is a lost cause, I had high hopes for him given his relationship with Jalen, they guy is allergic to situational football

Yup, I had high hopes for him as well but for every time he makes a good play call he follows it up with 5 head scratchers in a row.

I’d say you can’t win the big one with a defensive philosophy like that, but it worked with Schwartz and that defense was hapless for most of the SuperBowl, yet we won.

Low hit on Hurts knee not called, trying to break Goedderts arm, Byard getting a personal foul, Dak getting the sneak when he was clearly short.. probably a few others.
