this place is really going to go off the rails when the team finishes 1-2 to close the season then gets bounced round 1 . does the coaching staff get canned?

They didn't make it simple enough for Brown at the end of the game. On the TD play he got caught sneaking up to cover the back because Morrow was bracketing Metcalf. Bradberry was getting cooked all game why would you leave him on an island?By the way Brown had an opportunity to utterly destroy Metcalf on that earlier catch and he barely grazed him. After all that ish talking DK was doing to him during the game should have blew his ass up.

Brown could have picked that as well, instead of high pointing the ball he jumped and tried to basket catch it.

Jump up and snag that, you want ot go up and get it instead of waiting for it to fall in your hands

Could have lit him up as well but in todays nfl its probably a penalty.☹️

You sound pretty confident there’s gonna be that many people still believing that wasn’t going to happen at that time.

I don't know how you roll, but I don't have sex with my mom. I only do that with my stepmom, and ONLY if she's stuck under a coffee table or inside the dryer.

Ummm...Pennsylvania? *checks law books* Nope.

Nick would stay in place, but the coordinators would get chosen by the higher-ups.  Assuming Nick chose Brian Johnson and Sean Desai, I think there would be veteran coordinators brought in as replacements -- which might not bode well for Nick long term.

I take it you haven't watched much of the team over the past few seasons. He showed those abilities last season. He didn't as a rookie. He didn't in his first season ala "he can't read" and has been terrible at it this year.

Until he shows last year wasn't an aberration, his flaws are exactly as they were in college. The data is there. We have years of evidence showing us he can't read a defense, locks on, leaves the pocket, etc.

You must be blind

Quez is a liability on the field. In a few weeks he won't be our problem anymore. Time to move on.

Looking back on it. It was the right read. You expect that your speedster 'elite' WR will win one on one with a backup safety. Unfortunately it was a bad throw ball was underthrown. Maybe a not so sick/weak Hurts makes that play. I'd like to see Quez fight harder for sure but physicality us not his game. That play changed the game though... it was clear PI no doubt about it. 1st down at the 1.

i feel sorry for the guy dressing as Santa next Monday for the giants game. At least there won’t be any snow for the snowballs

Atleast you know you’re not excluded from the conversation when it comes to being "stupid.” Now, since we have all seen him as a rookie, and first year starter scan the field, read defenses, and spread the ball around…I will take being "stupid” and UNable to do so off the table. And find people who loosely jump to calling other people stupid so freely…questionable.

How's your mvp feeling this morning? Did he wake up humbled?

No. You can't fire a coach who has never missed the playoffs.

But a lot of other heads will roll

Reaching for something under the sink is another opportune moment.  You’re welcome

I disagree, he was a great crossing route receiver short to mid range in college...maybe he can't do it against pros...idk, I just really feel like PHI could use some short passing game similar to KC, SF, and Miami, might even simplify some things for Hurts also.

He's not physical enough... doesn't want to get hit. Not the kind of guy you want running those types of routes frequently

They might target qb1 instead of Santa

That read looks a lot better if we had a better no. 3 wr then quez watkins which ive pleaded for since November last year

Only a penalty if he would have hit him high. Set the tone and blow his ass up. He wasn't catching that one in that position.

I mean they fired a Super Bowl winning coach who made the playoffs 3 out of 4 years. I don’t think they’d do it but i can’t never say they won’t

I get that a lot of you guys are sour on Quez I just don't think it's fair to say he should be cut when in the same breath a lot of you are saying the QB can't read a defense, plays favorites with his targets, forces throws, etc. All of which may be true or at a minimum a well formulated opinion, but you cannot have it both ways.

If you are complaining about the QB with the above opinions, you can't hate on those receivers who aren't getting any looks on their routes because most of the snaps and targets go to the two superstar receivers.

If Quez were to get cut like someone mentioned, I guarantee you he gets picked up, and if you put him in KC, Miami, or SF, he will get touches on a lot of quick hitting passes. Hell, KC would take him in a heartbeat, they have no one that can catch the ball other than Kelce and Rice.

Yup.

Alot of passes are determined pre snap, i mean how often does hurts get off his 1st read other than in a scramble drill?

Quez is at best the 4th or 5th option on any play and maybe once a game the coaches draw up a play where hes the 1st or 2nd option.

Its such a predictable offense and when defenses figure out what the first read is coaches/ scheme doesnt  have enough answers.

Quez has some talent he showed that in 2022 but since then the coaches have taken any talent he did have and buried it.

This is correct. Their short passing game is non-existent, that's literally all the 49ers did. Keep Hurts in the pocket, blanket intermediate and deep, leave the short game wide ass open. It's an easily fixable schematic flaw and no one is fixing it.

It was a poorly thrown ball and the ref totally missed the PI. Worst possible outcome.

I'm still trying to figure out how you jumped to "underage incest."
