Sirianni saying the offence is exactly the same as last year and the year before that.

ITS HIS OFFENCE, BJ just calls the plays.

The guy is a clown

That doesn’t sound as good as Nick thinks.

He was asked why take a shot play to AJ when you need a FG to tie at the end of the game.

”You might get a DPI”

ridiculous. Something that "might" happen.

Can't wait until Howie signs him to a new deal.

With the disclaimer I know Nick is just saying random things to protect his players/coaches, but still. This PC is a disaster.

I really hope we punch this guy in the face. And then have Dom take out his lame agent too.

But wait.

Sounds a lot like that Staley coach who just got canned in SD… "he runs the defense”. We know how good that defense played for him.

I should have waited for him to finish his answer. Not only were they throwing it so it "might” get a DPI but "and then we can kick a FG”. So we’re trying to get a DPI to kick a FG instead of getting 10 yards the normal way on offense for Jake f’ing Elliot to kick a FG.

Unbelievable

Honestly such a moronic play call if that’s what you were hoping for. You have multiple time outs so you can use he middle of the field and get 15 yards to set up a field goal. Not surprising the eagles have been horrendously bad and stupid in situational football this year.

So they both suck right now. The designs are poor but the playcalling is probably a worse offender because the selection/timing of plays is absolutely terrible. That makes me feel better.

These sound eerily similar to when Doug first 3/4 of the season in 2019 and 2020

Sirianni just waffles and doesn't really inspire any confidence that they will be able to sort this crap out.

He also said that they've never called that formation/play before the CMC predicted.

BS

Clearly sirianni is fertilizing plants that allows him to be high for these pressers and games.

Q: "What do you need to see in the next game to feel like this is back on the right track"

A: Long pause ".. uh, Getting back to the standard"

Sirianni speaks like the times are trying like the the locker room just got the bubonic plague. Dude, call some Fing slants for AJ Brown, scheme some Fing receivers open, stop playing Bradberry, stop calling vertical routes and bubble screens. This isn't complicated. You don't need to hold hands and sing kumbaya, you need to use your Fing brain for once.

And people are really blaming the QB for that ish show.

People making a big deal out of McCaffrey calling out a play? I’ve been calling them out for a couple years. 🤣
Empty backfield = high pct QB draw

This team’s vocab is as creative as its playbook. Standard, standard, gotta get back to the standard. F sake it’s nauseating.

I have to believe/hope that was a nonsense answer because he doesn't want to criticize Hurts publicly.

If he's being serious, we are in big trouble.

Now imagine your boss saying that to you over and over again.

He’s being very serious. They called the shot play.

Hurts is the much bigger problem than the play calling. Although the play calling has been repetitive/predictable and the timing of certain plays suspect, the all-22 shows that there are still plays that can be made and Hurts doesn't either sees it or misfires on it.

Looking at this play. Although I don't agree with the deep shot call in this situation, AJ has his man beat and the safety is late coming to help. A good throw would have been a completion and maybe even a TD. Smith also has his man beat and Gainwell is uncovered. Is the play call really that bad after all? Not really. Hurts has just been terrible.

When smith hits his break he throws it is likely a catch and we kick a fg. also gainwell on a dumpoff likely goes for 10-15 yards
