He got pulled in that Washington game that’s why the Giants were pissed, cause they knew we could’ve beat Washington and that would’ve put them in the playoffs. It's pretty obvious that Nick's scheme isn't working for Jalen; Johnson's ineptitude and Siri's lack of accountability to hold him accountable and shift focus to the defense with DeSai's "promotion" was an asinine move. The defense is what it is due to player personnel, no degree of coaching is going to change that. However, Siri had the opportunity to sort out our strongest asset which is our offense and save at least a portion of our team during our most important run of the season. 

What that being said, isn't it the coaches responsibility to design and scheme around the players skillset? Siranni has decided to take the alternative route and force square peg into round hole, which is negligent on his part. He reminds of me Chip in his arrogance and bravado, but lacks the mental aptitude and emotional intelligence to be a useful HC.
