A Dallas win against Detroit and the Eagles still have to play starters to win the division.

Have a feeling dallas is gonna come out and just smack the lions. Feels like Dallas at home and the lions on the road have been bad defensively have given up 29.5 ppg their last 4 road games since their bye week.

Top seed if the Eagles beat Zach Wilson and Drew Lock

FML

Especially Zach Fing Wilson. Remembering Saleh's smirk at the end makes me want to punch a wall. Or Saleh.

Same could be said about Eagles, referring to Washington.  A defense I can't remember the last "good" game this team has played.  Maybe Miami, or maybe go all the way back to the Rams?

Oh the eagles and lions since both of their bye weeks have been eerily similar. QBs that have turnover issue, questionable offensive play calling at times and defenses that have not looked good.

Worth noting

We have two games left in the regular season. Any chance we can call plays where Hurts has a receiver getting into his break quickly in case teams blitz, or are we going to only have audibles to WR screens or Hurts bailing the pocket to buy time?

15 games in, I’m guessing it’s gonna be what we’ve seen all year

The offense is what it is at this point. Nothing is changing until the offseason if they bring someone from outside of their bubble in.

I think the only thing that can salvage this season is if the pass rush suddenly comes alive and the defense starts causing more turnovers.  This offense is still good enough to capitalize off of turnovers.

We’re saving that part of the playbook with the Penny monster game.

Im just saying a 49ers loss makes the Eagles more likely to have to play week 18 and not rest starters.

The eagles will still have to win out to win the division if Dallas wins next week.

If Dallas was to lose to lions and eagles win next week they win the division before week 18.

But that scenario would mean the eagles getting #2 seed comes down to mullens and Vikings beating the lions at home

How long until a change is made st OC? Or even HC? Between Brown and Smith's comments it seems like the players are not happy at all, at what point is there a lack of GAF by the players because they know the coaching staff is incompetent?

Yep. Howie and Jeff have to see it

2021 Minshew started 2 games.  Went 1-1.

For those of you that want Sirianni fired it's not happening unless it's revealed he's some maniac giant A-hole and nobody likes him in the locker room.  All I've heard about him is that players like him because he's himself and doesn't try to be someone else.

If he was winning 5, 6, 7 games a year then yeah he'd get fired most likely.

But having 3 straight playoff appearances, playing in the SB just last year and now about to win 12-13 games, you think they are firing him?

When did we become the Raiders going thru coaches every 2-3 years?

We’ll see how long being hardheaded and egotistical lasts. Not that I was calling for him to be fired. But if it comes to him or Hurts. I’m taking Hurts and placing him with a more experienced offensive minded coach who knows running the ball consistently is integral to winning. Maybe one who was a former QB or OL instead of one who was a WR.

I just expect Gannon to blitz Hurts like a madman this week.  Anything to get him off of his spot and running around.

You know it.  They will pinch the field down and limit his opportunities.

Waking up this morning and thinking about yesterday, the really big negative is all the dysfunction.  Clearly something isn't right in the locker room.  We looked like a talented high school team with no discipline yesterday.  That approach never wins in the big games and almost produced a L with the lowly Giants.  What happened to the total strong character built team with top football iq all over the field?  That is all gone now.  it is one thing to have AJ diva up on the sideline but quite another to see all the on field disagreements with multiple team members plus all the penalties and missed assignments.

Feels like a first round loss to the Seahawks is the likely end to this thing.

Upcoming game against the Cardinals is going to be the real test…😅

Yeah, the test of how truly Fed everything is now.

Waking up to the Cowboys losing back to back.  The 49ers getting blown out at Home on National Television.  Purdy had the worst game of his career with 4 INT's.  The Chiefs who beat us in the Super Bowl actually have a  worst record then the Eagles the following year.   Meanwhile the Eagles stop the skid and get back on track winning gritty Division game as the only Home Team to come out with a W on Christmas Day.   I have no complaints.  Just beat Arizona and the GMen again and get to 13-4.   The Eagles are very close to becoming the first NFC East Back to Back Champion in almost two Decades.  I was in my 20's the last time it happen.  I'm in my 40's now.  They also still have a good shot at Back to Back #1 Seed Berths.

Team is not instilling any confidence whatsoever that a positive change is on the horizon.

Dysfunctional is a good word to describe the mess that we have seen. Another word I would throw out there is non-complimentary. This team lacks that completely. You can’t even really express a lot of joy if one unit does something really good because you kind of know that the follow up will do something stupid.

All the negativity aside, winning the NFC East back to back would be quite the accomplishment. Nice that we were also the last ones to pull it off.
