Damn right. I was pissed but this may be a good thing.

Howie is at fault here too. He is not innocent in this complete disaster.

They failed a trick onside kick in a tie game with only 5 minutes left and won anyway. 2022 eagles run out the clock right there

The ONLY discussion that should be happening is about the defense. This is not on the offense at all

Did you watch their "drive” after the onside kick?

How many possessions did the offense have today that didn’t result in points?

You’re not understanding the point….

This song just got played on the radio over where. Apt for us fans

Refs were fine all game. I want to say near perfect but I honestly can’t remember after everything else rotted my brain away

But were you having fun?

You can be mad about the game today but the truth is the Eagles have been dead in the water since the 49ers blew them out.

Everyone was hoping against hope but the writing was on the wall the entire time.

IDK what game you watched then…both units sucked.

How many possessions did the eagles offense have the ball? And how many of them they scored points on? Not the offense fault. Maybe if the defense could get off the field a time or two.......

Forgot about that one. I wonder if his vision was just blocked from seeing the OPI

Maybe, he was clearly behind Ringo looking at that one.

Exactly what is your point?  Bottom line is the O is dysfunctional and inconsistent but the D is downright horrible.  Been that way now for several games.  Goes back to the Chiefs game save for the 1st quarter vs. the 49ers where they played well.

The offense has had chances to win or put games away, and yet the defense is the whipping boy despite having significantly worse talent. That's the point.

The Seahawks scored 20 Fing points, but the DEFENSE was horrible? The defense scored the ONLY TD in the second Dallas game and they got the blame? The offense has all the talent, they were built to score a lot of points. And they don't. They depend on a defense that has no talent to win games.

Based on expectation, the offense has been far worse than the defense. Idk what's so hard to comprehend

Now do how many minutes they actually had the ball....... Can't score on the sidelines

How about the drives that ended in two punts and a FG on a short field after an onside kick?

The fact your defense can’t get off the field cause they have crap personnel on the back 7.

You can pick any 2 back 7 players in the NFL to add to this exact defense and they’ll maybe be 1% better. Everyone is hung out to dry. We have a defense that is happy who watch linebackers cover NFL wide receivers, a non existent pass rush, and a complete inability to wrap up a ball carrier. The defense since last years SB has been figured out, and our coaches are the only ones who don’t seem to understand that. This staff is incompetent at every level.

Anyone care about our road wildcard game? Probably the first playoff game I'll ever miss. A pox on this season.

After being on this message board last night, watching everyone root for the Cowboys over the Lions, the Eagles fans do not deserve a home playoff game.

The football gods are punishing Eagles fans,  which absolutely makes perfect sense.

TRUE, lurie needs to grow a pair and can nick , then he needs to tame howie from coaching hires

THE DEFENSE JUST NEEDED ONE STOP ALL GD DAY!!!! JUST Fin ONE!!

They got one…even put 6 points on the score board.

Shane Steichen and Jonathan Gannon carried Nick Sirianni last year.  Our coach is a moron and has been exposed.

How many "blow out" wins have they put up in the last two years?  They have lived on the edge every game and now the odds are catching up with them.

They put up 35

No they didn't. Pick 6

lol hurt again already

It’s not. Arizona is the 32nd ranked defense and has a ton of injuries. It was a field full of scrubs and the offense put up 24 points.

Not going to disagree. Eagles can’t squander possessions like the opening possession and their opening second half possession and have ineptitude from Johnson settling for FGs and being conservative. but eagles offense had 6 possessions before the last Hail Mary attempt. the defense gave the cardinals possession for an entire 2nd quarter and lucked out that Murray was stupid and threw a pick 6. Time of possession was 40 to 20. Problem is the eagles basically have to be perfect on every offensive possession in order to win cause the defense leaves them with no time and limited possessions. And they aren’t going to be perfect cause Brian Johnson is idiotic and inconsistent (to say the least) with his play calls and hurts/offense goes hot and cold

media needs to be hard as hell on nick , ask the tough questions

But Detroit losing opened the door for the 2 seed. Which the possibility wouldn't have existed without that unless Detroit lost at home to Minny.

Win the division first before you care about the 2 seed

Two punts in an entire game? Defenses that aren't ours can force punts. It's normal.

The D got off the field and put points on the board today.  So once again, what game were you watching that you think the O was fine?

This team needed the path of least resistance for the remainder of the regular season and that was the three seed and a home playoff game. And they would have gotten that with a Dallas loss last night. It’s all for moot anyway because they probably lose in the first round as a three seed or now a five seed. But this team has done nothing the past month and a half to make anyone think the Cardinals and Giants game were going to be guaranteed wins. It was verrry ambitious to hope for the two seed instead of locking in the division.
