That was the worst single game performance I’ve ever seen a group of LB’s have.  I want to extend that to DE’s, but i almost feel bad for Sweat and Reddick because they’re being used too much.

Unfortunately, this has also been the O all year.  

This will fan the flames more, but the D is a bigger part of the 10-1 start to the season than the O was.  The wheels completely fell off during the SF game for them.

My point is that O has too much talent to be as bad and inconsistent as they are.

The offense sucked and the defense sucked.  Only the ST didn't suck.   Maybe if the offense could kill the clock, or move the ball when they were gifted field position after the onsides kick...   They had the ball in their hands to ice the game, or at least put up 7 to make it harder on the Cards... and instead they looked completely and totally lost... including getting the right personnel on the play, on back to back plays 1st and 20, and then had to burn a timeout on the very next play 2nd and 18.  

 

And yes, while saying that, the defense looked just as confused and just as out of sync.

Maybe for 1 game.  Never for a 5-6 game stretch like they have.  They’re basically getting rolled over out there.  Crazy to watch. (And they weren’t that good prior to the 5-6 games either)

I agree the offense just seems too simple and disjointed. Too bad Howie & Jeff demand we are a fire away offense. If Penny was up here and getting at minimum 8-10 rushes per game to help balance things out and control the game while keeping the D off the field, I am 100% positive it would be a major help. But no. Howie & Jeff and the gang of analytical nerds demand these wack philosophies and it's hurting, no, destroying the team.

Against that defense the offense should have scored 40+. The defense takes most of the blame but the offense didn’t do enough. 24 points for the offense is not good enough.

It's almost like the defense is so unspeakably bad there's really nothing to even discuss.  You can only say they're the worst at what they do in every facet so many times.

Disagree. Sirianni has no football intelligence. It’s been pretty clear this season. He’s a cheerleader HC who relies on co ordinators. 
 

the use of time outs, personnel and general game management has been consistently poor . We’ve got. Talented roster which has masked the issues and got us to 11 wins. Not one game has been comfortable except maybe Miami. 
 

getting beat by gannon and his 3 win team at home with some of the worst play calling and defensive inability has to be the final straw.

The whole team sucked ass today. The QB threw for 167 and the leading rusher didn’t break 65 against the worst defense in the NFL. Worse than the Eagles. I don’t care about TOP, no one was good

Certainly for this stretch but I'm thinking probably for one game as well given the competition and the importance of the game.
