The Eagles offense has not shown much resiliency with negative plays all season...but the play calling on 1st and 20 is inexcusable. This loss falls on the coaches as far as I am concerned...I think many of the key players have given up on them. Bring in a coach who gets his players to play hard for 60 minutes.

The Gainwell screen pass on 3rd and 52

I asked this last week. If the Eagles fire Siri does he get another HC job?

Answer is F NO!

The one where they made his 160 pound body throw a block.

The whole team sucked ass today. The QB threw for 167 and the leading rusher didn’t break 65 against the worst defense in the NFL. Worse than the Eagles. I don’t care about TOP, no one was good

The only thing I'll debate is that there is no way we can say the Eagles were a better defensive unit.  The Cards actually showed life.  The Eagles, meanwhile, offered no resistance at all. The interception was purely on Murray throwing a balloon directly to the Eagles, it was totally unforced.

There's no way at this point anyone can convince me there is a worse defense in football. Can't be.

Don't disagree, but to go from Steichen to this, it is becoming clearer that the talent isn't enough to overcome the poor coaching and play calling.

TBH…the O was the same last year.  It’s lost in the fact that we almost won the SB, but they couldn’t consistently play even half a game for almost 2 years now.

Sure, if your goal was the NFC East.  Most of us held out for a SB and that meant getting the #2 seed minimum.

Goal was always the SB. But there’s the whole don’t count your chickens before they hatch aspect of it.

It was only a matter of time before they got him killed by blocking on those screens.

Exactly right but take a TD away from that cause the D got one

I forgot about the TD that wasn't from the offense. Point still stands. Play calling was once again predictable

Box score scouting isn't having a discussion.

We can do Time of Possession too? Or maybe over 200 rushing yards given up.

I don't blame the offense today. They were barely on the field. And when they were, they scored at a decent clip.

Offense wasn't terrible in total but that last drive was awful.

Only chance this team has of winning is for the offense to have long drives of 10+ plays and eat up clock.  Keep this embarrassing defense off the field as much as you can.

Shut up bozo.

Nick, not you.

I have to take my wife to redskins/cowboys next week. I actually could lose my marriage next week.  I just said I didnt want to go. Started a huge fight

When you don't have the x's and o's all you have is cliched mumbo jumbo. Sirianni is out of ideas.

I seriously doubt Nick is fired. I think 11 wins secured his job. The coordinators on the other hand could end up getting fired or some team stupid enough to hire them

I’m telling you right now - 1st round exit from the playoffs and no one is safe. (Except Stoutland)

This team fired the Super Bowl winning coach the 1st time he missed the playoffs afterwards.   Think about that.

This is up there with the Tuesday Night Football loss against the Vikes.

Completely embarrassed

Honestly this season is over unfortunately. You can't fix problems in 2 weeks. They couldn't fix it in the 15 weeks they had honestly I just hope Detroit wins the NFC at this point

Anyone blaming the offense for the L knows nothing about the game

I still see some people defending Siranni and I just don't get it it

He Fed the team when he demoted the wrong coodinator, because he knew that he was mentally incapable of calling the offense and chose the path of least resistance

F this guy.

I don’t think his message is getting through to the players so at this point he’s lost them.

Right. Blaming the offense when the defense gives up 28 points on 4 drives is wild lmao. Especially the last minute TD for the 2nd time in 3 weeks.

NO ONE IS ABSOLVING THE DEFENSE.

JFC. Both sides of the ball weren’t good enough. The defense by a MILE. But the offense wasn’t what it needed to be either. It’s not pick one or the other.

This was a tough loss…emotions running high for the last few hold outs who had hope about this season.

3rd and 6 - deep throw miss to Smith

3rd and 20 - bubble screen to Gainwell

Johnson has to be held accountable
