Yeah it is. Defense lost the game in the same exact manner they lost the superbowl. No effort no stops sustained touchdowns against over and over

Scoring on all but 3 possessions including a perfectly executed 2min drive resulting in a TD before halftime, I’m going to have a hard time putting any blame on the offense.
 

Everyone wants to talk about the play call after the onside punt, and I agree it wasn’t good, but that possession doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Defense should never put them in the position at all where the offense has to score a TD on every possession in order to win.

It's an acceptance that the 10-1 start was an illusion, and they were never as good as they appeared. The warning signs were in damn near every game.

Unless the Eagles can land Harbaugh I'm not giving up on Sirianni yet.

Who you going to replace him with?  Mike McDonald from Baltimore or Ben Johnson from Detroit?   Who knows they might be worse.  What other candidates?

I'm giving him another year to fix it.  If the same problems still exist next year then Sirianni can go.

One thing I don't want is for this organization to be running thru HC's like we are the Raiders.

He Fed the team when he demoted the wrong coodinator, because he knew that he was mentally incapable of calling the offense and chose the path of least resistance 

The only reason, well two reasons I'm not going 100% in on Nick right now is that he probably didn't pick these failed coordinators and probably doesnt have much autonomy anyway.  He showed he could win with decent coaching support and he's getting the total opposite of that now.

He lost "his guys" last year and had to rely on Howie and company to fill those gaps and was dealt a ish sandwich. 

If it doesn't improve next year Ill be right there with you

If the playoffs are the goal then we have very different goals. I want a Super Bowl. Not to lose to a 3 win team when you have a chance at winning the division.
