Skins aren’t going to blow their draft spot by trying to be beat Dallas

They did last year. Texans did last year, Falcons did last year. Tanking isn’t real; not for the players and coaches

We should take note when addressing RB with Swift this offseason.

Sanders 2022: 1269/11/4.9
Swift 2023: 1049/5/4.6

And we are thanking our lucky stars we didn't extend Sanders.

We do not....do not...need to commit any meaningful money to Swift.

I would love to have Swift and Sanders as the backfield next year.

The plan was Saquan Barkley for a 1 year showcase deal in 2024.  But I'm not sure the Eagles have the reputation anymore for a RB to go out of his way for that.

Oh yeah of course! Damn it. I mean this season now feels more about praying Dallas don’t go to the SB. I’m not sure how to deal with that.

I’ll root for the Eagles in the SB against anyone except the Texans and Browns only because I would love to see an underdog team that hasn’t won a SB win one. Other than that I’m rooting for a PHI/DAL NFCCG.

Nah, it’s real, just a lot harder to do in this much of a team sport

I don’t like the Eagles going into New Orleans and coming out with a win. Maybe it’s just because they can never beat them in the playoffs or they just have a way of making average QBs like Carr look like Peyton Manning

Swift had his first 1000 yard season, and made the pro bowl. On the other hand, Barkley kinda sucks.

Edmunds just got a pick. People say it’s entirely the talent and not the coaching yet everyone leaves the Eagles and seems to start magically making plays

That might be the nightmare scenario for most of us. NFFCG in Dallas? Where our season could end and they’d be off to the SB. Yuck!

I suggest you watch the eagles lowlights last week against the then 3-12 cardinals

I watched it. They did the same thing to DAL, ran it all over them. Cards are better than their record and PHI is too.

Barkley sucks with the Giants.  Sanders sucks with the Panthers.  RB is probably the single most dependent position in the NFL.

i'm just glad aints wasted brees' career by not having a running game for most of his career

I'm glad the aints are back to being a poverty franchise with a $100M wr going to waste

this team is not beating anyone on the road with that defense

So if we don't then what do we do? I personally want Swift back. He's a playmaker and seems to have a nice role within this team.

so barkley only had a one year deal?

Yeah, and it was higher than the franchise tag, so if they tag him against it’ll be something like 15m$

Can't agree with that. I don't think the Birds are near what their record suggests.

Just the match up itself though. I agree, for a PHI fan that’s not optimal but at this point you would take it. I would take it if DAL loses today and PHI wins today and it were in PHI.

Just something magnetic about the DAL/PHI game for me and at the highest stakes possible? It would just be the closest you could get to a SB without it actually being a SB.

I want him back, I just don't want to pay him.

We picked up Swift at the very end of April.  They have a tract record of scrounging up serviceable RBs.  They don't have a track record of doing that at certain other positions.  So I'd rather use the capital they do have there.

td ten

20-10 tenn pending xpat

Tenn wants to make sure jax is watching playoffs from their couch too

Same goes for Pollard…he won’t be back in DAL next year unless he takes a massive pay cut. He’s on the tag this year getting way overpaid.

The Eagles are basically the Bills of the NFC.

The Bills have a penchant for choking the playoffs and the Eagles have a bottom 3 defense in the NFL.  Those are two unique problems for each team, but the rest is pretty similar.  The Bills are sort of peaking and the Eagles are cratering, but both teams can be unbeatable when at their best.  Both feature enigmatic turnover prone QBs who can take over a game.  You never know what you'll get from either one.

Horrible idea to bring him back

Lol it’s the first play he’s made in coverage 9 weeks with the titans. Heading into this game he had 0 ints and 1 PD with the titans which would be 1 more than he had here. Calm down. Byard was  bad with the titans before that trade. His pff grade with the titans was around 60. So is vrabel as bad as our coaches who’ve gotten basically the same out of byard.

that would be dumb thankfully they are currently a poorly run organization. But now washington is a WC this off season
