Yeah, Sydney Brown is not the problem on D.  The problem is the lack of veteran talent around him at S and LB.

I’d add they lack quality depth at DL

FFS take a knee I can't stand this Fing coach. He's a complete and total idiot with everything. What the F is he trying to prove? His team just laid an egg. Get the hell out of there and go home.

One thing AJ Brown never mentioned was if he and the 30 other players successfully managed to get out of the escape room.

they’re still in there

There was nothing "questionable” about the pick. This is such revisionism.

Sydney Brown went on the low end of his expected range. He was one of the most important players on one of the best defenses in college. Highly productive. Tested through the roof. And certainly flashed some playmaking ability.

Diminutive player

Blankenship is injured enough weekly to think about his replacement next season.

Get rid of everyone.

They are still there.

These are lookalikes

Easy teams at home but difficult teams away (balt/cincy at least they're non conf). Hopefully the NFCS continues to be in disarray.

And at least eagles don't have to play SF

A JAG

Easily replaceable

F@#$ this team

He got hurt missing a tackle.  I like the kids heart and intensity, but he needs to earn a role and spot.

No worries.  He'll be held out of all the preseason games as the presumable starter, just as Reed Blankenship was handed the starting job to start this season, having not actually earned the job yet.

So glad this game is finally OVER.   I thought they looked soft last week... and yet, somehow they managed to play even softer than that this week.

He’s a nice depth player. Not a starter. His style of play will never allow him to be healthy.

Goals for today:

- Stay healthy

- Get on the right track and feel better about things.

- Win

Thats as 0-3 as you can get.

This should be a fun Post Game Live.

One more week of this garbage.

As long as Dallas doesn't win it all we're good.

Don't get me started on that.

Rams beat the 49ers

🤣

What could have been...

Yup. Can’t stay healthy and really he’s not very good as a coverage safety right now. Who knows if he becomes that. I was high on him in the draft process but frankly i don’t think he and Blankenship will ever be good enough as a tandem. I think Blankenship is better suited for the Epps role and i don’t see brown becoming like CJGJ even if he stays healthy. I think he’s likely an average S

He'd have to improve significantly to move up to 'average'.

Nah. We had to at least put some type of effort to win on the off chance Dallas lost. There’s such a monumental difference between the 2 seed and 5 seed. He was right to play for a win until it was clear the 2 seed was decided. Unfortunately we sucked so badly we decided it with our play.

they sat Darius slay and Fletcher Cox simply due to the fact Dallas losing wasn’t very likely and the field at MetLife. Frankly, I think they sat Swift with his illness because they knew it was a **** field and not likely Dallas was losing.

If I am AJ Brown I’m sitting there saying why is Fletcher Cox getting a day off when we had "something to play for” and you’re sending me out there on a crap field. I would be super pissed if I was AJ Brown, knowing they sat Fletcher Cox, who had no injury designation all week didn’t play because he didn’t want him to get hurt in that game and he could use the rest.

We have so many JAGS to move off of how will we ever do it?

One more week having to watch the MVP look like my toilet after taco bell

If there was a comparison for this season it would be the show Lost. Started great and then was the worst ending you could’ve imagined.

I think it's safe to say, Siranni has lost this team. That's evident. You can't move forward with that.
