It's something they let go for too long without addressing it because they were skating by with signing aging vets or long term players sticking around. The only notable drafted players on second contracts right now are Mailata, Sweat, Goedert and Hurts. We're relying on old players that were drafted over a decade ago because most of our draft picks between 2014-2020 were ass. 2016 was decent because of Wentz and Seumalo, 2018 was really good but most of the remainder was straight up bad. That's not sustainable and we're feeling it now.

Already have Peacock so I'll be watching the funeral next week if it's the Peacock game. My biggest hope is it's not the MNF game.

Bucs / Eagles will be …interesting.

2 bad teams.

The Eagles will probably be happier playing in nice weather in front of a low-intensity Bucs crowd than they would be in the cold getting boo’d at home.  I have enough memory of last year and early this year that it feels hard to believe they won’t find a way to beat a bad Bucs team.

On the other hand…they couldn’t beat AZ at home.  They went down 24-0 at the half to the Giants.  The Bucs stink, but they are markedly better than both of those teams.  I’m not sure the Eagles can really beat ANYONE right now.

We know the "get right game” isn’t coming.  They aren’t going to play well next week.  But they don’t really need to play well to eke out a win.  Will be painful yet interesting to see how it goes down.

Nope. Kaep's success was not sustained. Like Hurts, he was a flash in the pan. He regressed badly, which is why his career is dead. If he was actually still good someone would have given him a shot. But he wasnt.
