McCollum has a 9.93 RAS as a CB.  Great measurables.

McDermitt is pissed.  Josh Allen has been awesome lately but tonight has 2 picks in the end zone and just threw a pass from Miami’s 11 yard line to the 2 yard line, middle of the field, with no timeouts left and 11 seconds on the clock - receiver gets clocked at the 1 yard line, doesn’t get in and time runs out.  Ouch. 
 

Should be a fun 2nd half to watch.

Yeah idk.  Defense was bad with DeSai as well.   Neither was getting this team far this year.

If Buffalo doesn’t get to at least the afc title game i think they might make a move off McDermott. Have a chance to get the 2 seed and if they piss that away or if you are the 2 seed with 2 home playoff games and don’t make it. Either way i think it might be time

Seems like a lose/lose situation. Things definitely weren't trending in the right direction with Desai playcalling. Stick with him and I doubt the tune changes at all. We'd all just be complaining that they did nothing instead.

Monday night playoff games make absolutely zero sense. So the winner most likely has to go to SF on a short week when they already have a week off. 

And the Eagles will have the world watching them with no other games. If they embarrass themselves with the only game in the NFL world that day it’ll carry a little extra weight.

Just saying commanders were the only bad team to put it on desai and the eagles defense. Cardinals and giants offense are significantly worse. And commanders put it on the eagles last year with a better defense. I’d argue desai sucks but Matt Patricia is useless, was awful without belichick and they did it in week 15. I agree with McManus. I listened to that interview he said reddick alluded to it last week in the locker room. 

What were we? 20th in DVOA under Desai? We’re probably bottom three with Patricia against scrubby QBs. 

I would love to have this guy on the Eagles.

I’m far more upset about this season mercilessly continuing for an extra day than I am about the possibility of a short week turnaround to SF.

I listened to that Tim McManus interview on 975. He said Hassan Reddick basically alluded to it last week in the locker room. So if a Reddick is hinting/alluding to him that the changed cause a whole bunch of more problems then it was likely a panic move and dumb decision.

Monday night playoff games are objectively stupid (except for the boatloads of cash the NFL gets from them).

Having to play a playoff game on Monday night or Saturday is horseshit, whether it’s us or someone else. Everyone should have the same amount of rest other than the bye team who earned it. 

What does McDermott do?  His defenses come up small in the playoffs and he’s completely dependent on offense.  He’d come in here and be a less goofy Siri.  The defense goes from horrific to bad and the offense is unchanged.

Makes as much sense as having the FCS Championship on the final NFL Sunday at the same time.
