I’ll say the same thing here. Hurts is a big part of the problem. He has had a turnover problem this year and he’s not making quick decisions or taking advantage of what the defense is giving him this year. He’s not been anywhere as consistent as he was in 2022. He’s had flashes but never consistent. That said their play calling and coaching has been miserable. We refuse to utilize guys to their best ability. We call idiotic play calls at random times. And we have stupid penalties or shoot ourselves in the foot. It’s a collective team breakdown just like when wentz was here.  

Feels like a very similar situation tbh

Defenses are jumping the hell out of our WR screen like McKinney did on the INT; there's a "tell" there somewhere.  That play needs to be ripped out of the playbook for the playoffs -- or at least pump it and throw a RB screen through the middle off of it.

The Eagles aren't resting their bodies for multiple weeks just to beat up on teams come playoff time. How stupid can people be? They could play possum and still beat teams like the Cards and Giants to secure that 2 seed.

FWIW, I did a mock draft simulator and got him in the 2nd round.  I also took Trotter in the 1st round.  Pure fantasy but it felt good to take 2 LBs in the 1st and 2nd rounds.

I think this is more teams watch our offense  on tape and know what our plays are. We don’t run some sophisticated offense. It’s pretty bland. Which is the thing that I got mad about with doug. He never wanted to do motion. His plays were the same plays over and over again expecting different results (then we didn’t have great talent at Wr). And there was like no creativity. In 2019, how many times did we say he should roll wentz out? Because the numbers were absolutely ridiculous when Wentz would rollout. He’d just refused to call it even though it was something wentz excelled at

I suppose there's always the chance that is just the messaging right now, while they are in the playoffs to nip it in the bud and not cause a distraction. We'll see what changes once the season is over.

I have absolutely no interest in Patricia as the DC, but his scheme historically is much different than the Fangio tree. Unfortunately, he’s really bad at the job.

The thing that irritates me about them even putting that out there, is that if Patricia had no connections to Bill Belichick he is not remotely sniffing a job with the Eagles. This is the same stupid crap when they wanted to hire Josh McDaniels, who was flat out not good unless he had Tom Brady. This goes back to Lurie has an obsession with bad former patriots coordinators  even though most of the patriots coaches Fing suck without Bill Belichick. The only one that’s been real good has been Mike Vrabel.
