So I was thinking about this in the context of the AI revolution currently going...at what point are these play calls being made by Artificial Intelligence instead of coaches? 

Teams should be investing in technology and AI to stay ahead of the game. And they should because AI can analyze so many data points (players, coaching tendencies, conditions. Etc)  quickly to determine the best odds of being successful from play to play. 

Not saying that physical coaches won't have a  role to play but I think the AI revolution will impact the NFL sooner rather than later if it isn't already.

Been saying this for a while too. The fangio defense doesn’t work against better opponents. The dolphins should’ve been carved up last week but josh Allen kept making boneheaded decisions with the ball. Even fangio has gotten beat down this year against better offenses. It’s a scheme if you have good talent that works vs. bad offenses and/or mediocre QBs. Against better ones you tend to just get shredded with rare occasions it works vs. good offenses and good QBs

I agree, he’ll leave for Florida given the opportunity. Saw today that Sark is getting an extension through ‘30 and likely close to 10m/yr vs the 6m he’s getting currently. Board of regents has to approve but one member has already commented saying it’s not an issue.

I know fisch has an extension with Arizona in place (not announced yet)that likely is voted on by ABOR on the 21st if he doesn’t take Washington job (if offered). But the assumption is he’s gone to Florida whenever it opens. So either Arizona or Washington is likely losing him next year or the following year

If I’m WA I’m looking at another candidate. They’re already losing recruits as it is because of the turnover at HC, don’t want to lose more in another year or so.
