Ha. I bet the NFL runs some of the "illegal" streaming sites to profit off the ads, knowing that peacock streaming is trash...they still make good money

if this is true, Sirianni is toast. They’re more committed to Hurts than the coaches

I really hate the NFL.

On one hand I’m done with this season and just want it to end because this team looks lost and they have fallen apart. And the other tells me they have the easiest path to NFCCG they possibly could with 2 very beatable teams.

Everyone is beatable this year, seems like the most parity in the league in a long long time. The Lombardi is there for whomever wants it the most.

I'm not really entertained by Steven A. Smith trolling DAL because I don't listen to Smith the other 364 days per year.

😂 He trolls them weekly. I don’t have an issue with him trolling Jerry, coaches, and the team. The fans on the other hand, it’s not like they have any say in the performance of the aforementioned, they just want a product they can be proud of.

I'd believe it, but it also seems very unlike Hurts to air this kind of grievance to a reporter. Not really his style.

What assault?

Most if not all of your athletes have used drugs.

Didn't he straight up stab another player at one point too? Ah the 80s...good times.

Imagine if the titans hire Johnson over slowik or Johnson lol

It could be Brian Johnson is the point of friction - Siri and Huirts want one thing, Johnson wants another and is the biggest change to the O from 12 months aho.  We just don't know, but Hurts isn't an Alshon level leaker.  But if he is venting to a journo, you know it's not good.

this team is a mess

Depends on what you consider a drug, Weed is an unprocessed plant so it’s not really a drug imo, and is less harmful to the body and the public than alcohol.

McManus is pretty reliable in his reporting so I’m guessing it’s credible. But i do laugh when eagles fans crap on a report for a week that they don’t like then another report comes out and they treat it like it’s word of god cause they like the news.

Most of the Eagles media is trash; they concoct narratives and the fish bowl market brings it to life by repetition.

All of this "Sirianni will be fired" stuff.  That decision rests solely with Roseman and Lurie, and they're not leaking to media guys or anyone else what their plans are.  There are obvious issues with some coaching-related matters this season, but the vast majority are coordinator-based.

Now this "Hurts isn't pleased with the direction of the offense".  Does anyone seriously believe that Jalen Hurts has a better handle on how the offense should operate than the coaches do?  Nonsense.  There is a problem with the Eagles offense, and it's because they see their identity as Hurts/AJ Brown/Smith -- rather than Hurts/OL/running game to set up the big plays to Brown and Smith.  They've forgotten the foundational approach to this offense.  Whether that's a Johnson or Sirianni problem (or a Howie and Lurie problem), I don't trust the Eagles media guys to flesh that out.

With scissors 😂

"Irvin grabbed a pair of scissors and stabbed McIver in the neck, barely missing his carotid artery.”

Could be coming from someone else that heard it from Hurts. Definitely makes sense, but doesn't shed blame on Hurts for the turnovers. This whole entire team reeks of bad coaching and no rhythm. As a fan, I'm just tired of the back and forth and wondering.....is it Sirianni's fault because of his arrogance and controlling nature of the offense, is it Brian Johnson and his lack of experience? Is it Hurts just not seeing the field right and not taking what the defense gives you?

My biggest worry is that since Hurts does have pull with Howie and Lurie - he is going to vouch for BJ through thick and thin.....how good is BJ actually and what is he allowed to do?

We just need to make sure the right decision is made in all three areas (HC/OC/DC), don't let the Hurts/BJ connection get in the way of losing another season......if you're not good at your job and capable of making this offense better, see you later.

Cocaine is extremely popular, especially among wealthy athletes.  Regardless, have no idea what one person's drug use has to do with you or anyone else.

Not surprising one POS likes another.

Brian Johnson is running what Sirianni wants.  Sirianni has said in recent press conferences that they need to find ways to get bigger plays down the field which goes against what the McManus article is stating Hurts has wanted which is more intermediate and short routes and routes over the middle of the field.

I don't really care about the drugs to be honest. But he's been accused of sexual assault multiple times which were settled out of court, and even if you don't want to believe those we KNOW he stabbed a teammate.  He's a problem.

So your position is every athlete has used cocaine, I don’t believe that’s the case…it’s a casual conversation man, no need to get aggressive. I don’t care what people do for recreation, I was just offering an opinion.
