You have to wonder if a certain UNC QB who wore #10 that they took in the 1st a few years ago gives them any hesitance with Drake Maye. Caleb Williams has said he won't play there so unless they draft and trade him I can't see that happening. I think Bo Nix is a very very good QB who for some reason gets a bad rap.

I've been predicting that move for a bit.  Bears would be wise to take the top QB on a fresh rookie contract while also cashing in on Fields.  Meanwhile Atlanta would be the perfect spot to plug Fields into.

I doubt the validity of that Caleb Williams report.

Wouldn’t rule out Jayden Daniels if the bears want a Qb and have to do a trade back. He’s protected as top 10

If the falcons give up the 8th overall kick they are dumb. That’s ridiculous. Fields hasn’t proven to be worthy of that kind of draft compensation. Adding on he needs a new contract and he might just be what he’s always been

Yea, there are quite a few QBs who are going to be available in the top 10. Harrison is a generational talent at WR and IMO, you don't pass on him at 1. He's the closest to a sure thing you can find. Brock Bowers is the same. The QBs all offer something different but none of them appear to be a top lock for me. 

Oh it was just a holding call on Jack, not PI.

BTW... they shouldn't even bother to call holding on a play like that.  The ball was already in the air when the holding took place... and he threw it practically into the stands.   Should have just picked that one up.

If I’m the bears I’d deal fields but I’d also see if Washington wants to trade up to one under the assumption they are making it to get Williams or maye. If they trade up for Williams/maye i still get Harrison jr at 2 and whatever compensation they throw me. But would have to make it realistic that you’d actually trade with another team and move that far back to make them do it
