Then you need to move on from Roseman.  Stability can't be had with him.  He  is a good GM but he also protects his job like he's playing Game of Thrones.  A huge part of that too is any major team shortcoming must fall on anyone and everyone but him (and Lurie).  Harbaugh was one of the best HCs when he was in the NFL and he is/was one of the beat HCs in college football.  I would absolutely love to hire him.
