He's playing on a $10m salary. Dude has been a starter. He's not an impact guy anymore but he is still valuable. I'm OK with him being back for one more.

I don’t really get attached to players.  I’m not going to miss Kelce, Cox, Lane, and Graham.  I miss 2017 Cox and Graham and they are already gone.

Ill miss all pro play from C and RT.

Can’t see the Eagles grabbing control of this game even though Tampa is trying their best to let them hang around.  The bomb to DeVonta Smith was their only positive offensive play, and there aren’t enough of those to win them this game.

It’s also galling that Zach Cunningham has been their best pass defender in this game — by a long shot.  Need a total change in defensive coaches and philosophy in the offseason.

 

Agreed, coaches, philosophy but then also scouts and upper level management to actually identify quality defenders. Not sure if we have the right guys for that anymore either. But who knows, maybe Howie just ignores what they say or signs/drafts the wrong ones.

And now that I think about it, I don’t think Belichick would go after Cousins.  He did not even want to pay the best quarterback in the NFL a lot of money.  He believes in getting quarterbacks at a value price.  If Cousins agrees to that, then maybe

The thing that gives me hope we can land Jim Harbaugh is the positive relationship and experience that his brother John had here and has with Jeffery.
