They made that mistake with Doug.  Firing the entire coaching staff now would not be a mistake.  I think there’s enough assets here to draw interest regardless of their recent history, but the front office needs to be willing to seed some power.

It may have been a mistake with Doug, and it is probably a mistake again if they do it to Siri. All for cleaning house of this defensive staff, and OC. But the HC needs to stick for at least a bit longer.
