Maybe not elite but top tier 

Elite is the best of the best, not above average.  Top 25% is above average.   Elite means that there's no player at that position you would trade that player for, straight up.  

Kelce, Johnson.  Granted.  That's about where the list ends.  After that we have some really good players in Brown and Smith, but they aren't the best of the best in terms of WRs.  They could push their way on to that list.  Mailata isn't elite.  Nor is Dickerson.  They are above average.  Swift?  Not even close.  Goedert?  Definitely not.  He's overrated by Eagles' fans.  And Hurts?  Nothing elite about his play this year, not a single thing.  As of right now, he's a one year wonder.
