If he has an average year…the reality is that he’s going to have 2 years to screw up.  But this can’t go on forever.

Is that on Hurts though or coaching/scheme? I am sure some reads and misses on coverages but all year?

As a coach he's worse. Chip's problem was he was a terrible personnel guy in addition to coach. Chip's worst mistakes were personnel ones.

I only consider us a contender if we can legitimately win the SB.

There are just too many holes, especially on defense, for that to happen by next year.
