A suddenly hot Broncos vs Stroud?  Nah, no one wants to see that.

I think everyone is missing the point here. A game getting moved to the 4:05 spot is going to a very small audience. That's the time slot for the network that does NOT have the big doubleheader game at 4:25.

It sounds to me like the network realizes the Panthers-Bucs game is a dud so they're dumping it into a bad slot.

Unless I'm wrong.

Depends. You are assuming they can just sign him if they want him, which may turn out to be the case. But you are risking other teams getting involved. In this particular case given his salary, it would make sense to not claim him and take that risk.

Either way, he's not going to get claimed by the Eagles.

Yes.  Because of what he said about Sirianni... and the fact that he would have cleared waivers... Howie can craft a contract however he wishes... and finally, he's probably ring hunting at this point, and the Eagles are in the best position for that, given everything.  And the best place for him to get playing time too.

It's the only CBS late game. But I'm guessing it's a CBS single day so it might still be a small market nationwide.

I'd rather watch Texans-Broncos. Dumb flex.

See below.  Texans-Broncos was CBS' best game, so they moved it away from our game against the Niners.

I can’t believe Pacheco fell to the 7th round. Outside of the obvious top backs, he’d be my dream player to pair with Swift. Him or Dameon Pierce.

Are we resigned to acknowledging that Penny is in fact dog poop, or that Sirianni is somehow keeping him on ice for the tail end of the season and postseason?

I dislike him.   He stole that stupid Ewok move.  And flexed every time he did anything.    I was looking for him to get steamrolled by someone.

I really can't think of a season in which we had to face basically all the top teams. Last season was an extreme situation where we really only got one great opponent (Dallas). Most years feel more balanced.

In 2024, we get the NFC South, the AFC North, the Lions, the 49ers/Seahawks and Jaguars.

That is some excellent advanced scouting.

NFL this season seems intent on televising and giving a national focus to bad games.

Byard with an INT was a lock this week. Should’ve gambled on it.

I thought he was really struggling until that point. Still probably doesn´t know the playbook, but he can´t be faulted for his effort and energy.

Refs at Chiefs games would see nothing wrong with this.  In fact they could just be white tape they can pick up and move where necessary.

Well Canada fired the Steelers months ago so turnabout is fair play.

There's a split in opinion among Titan fans as to his productivity this year. His solo and combined tackle percentage was at least on par with previous seasons but he wasn't registering on interception and fumble threats.

Three games in for the birds and he's got his first interception of the year. You said it, his effort and energy is now up playing for a contender. His numbers will only go up from here once he's comfortable with the playbook.

With the game IN Dallas, I didn't think it would and am counting on Dallas doing the right thing for once.  :P    That's a crazy stretch for the Lions... Vikings, Cowboys, Vikings.   .   Schedule makers having a good laugh at that one.

There are a couple crazy schedules this year.  You guys getting the Giants twice in the last three weeks, the Lions getting the Vikings twice in the last three weeks...not a fan of that format, trying to figure out the reasoning...anyone know?
