8 more games to go.   Can't wait for the 2nd half of the Season. The Philadelphia Eagles have had the #1 Record for 27 Consecutive Weeks (That has to be a NFL Record). Look, let's not make this complicated. The Eagles must go undefeated in Philly.  That will give them 12 wins (Bills, 49ers, Giants, Arizona).   Then just win the Giants Road game and they will have 13 wins.   That means just one win on the Road from Chiefs, Boys or Seattle will lock in 14 wins.   The Eagles are in prime position for the #1 Seed. Just take care of business.

Sucks for him.  That second half was the first time since his return that he wasn't looking completely awful.  I think the Browns have been generally better this year when he hasn't been in the lineup though.

Supposedly girlfriend failed to ring things out at a self checkout in target. Cops were called and Carter got a little feisty. Eagles made some calls and he was let go.

Self-checkout nonsense, is what I'm betting.  I don't blame him and I would have gotten fiesty, too.

I was at the grocery story with my daughter buying a few things (literally 6 things), and 'person needs assistance' screen came up when I tried to pay.  A store clerk walked up to me, give me a suspicious look, then slowly reviewed the footage to see what it was that I "stole".  When I say slowly, I mean she actually played the video in slow motion.  It was 10pm at night, I was tired and was getting my daughter back from her dance class and I was not in the mood for it.

When she discovered that I stole nothing, she walked away without a word.  No apology, no nothing.  I'm so turned off by self-check out at this point.  I won't use it anymore.

If I'm right about this, then Jalen Carter is the hero we all need.

Bigger question is why is he banging a chick from Target?  Should be able to do better now, no?

We'd need pictures to find out the answer to that question.

With every passing week that trade looks worse and worse.

It never looked good.   The contract looked even worse.

Also, a one-yard neutral zone - shove all day.

And you can motion toward the LOS before the snap.

He's also doing this.

Some very attractive women shop at Target. Work there? Not so much.

Seen that in the NFL too… got to keep an eye on those Shanahan aficionados.

Was amazing he was even out there after it happened but second half he completed every pass he made

In that 1st quarter he was:
* 1 of 9 Passing
* 19 Yards
* 2.1 Yards Per Attempt
* 0 TDs
* 1 INT (Pick-6)
* 0.0 QB Rating

Amazingly, with the injury he bounced back in the 2nd half and was:
* 14 of 14 Passing
* 150 Total Yards
* 1 TD

That was a great game, and he looked fantastic running the football, too.  Such an effortless, fluid runner.  Sadly, at 6-3 the Browns had a real shot at the AFC North.

A real question: does what happened in Cleveland impact the future of the 100% guaranteed contract?

Sky Bri was a target employee at one time.

He’s back there through at least 2026 cause of his contract. He’s a cut pre-June 1st and post June 1st. Also pre and post June 1st trade. Only way makes any sense is if he’s traded after 2024 as post June 1st (as no one is trading for him this Offseason with the shoulder). Don’t think trading him is likely at all. If watson played like he did second half all year cleveland likely would’ve won week 2 and sitting 8-2 atop of the afc

I love the self checkout.  It saves so much time.

Most cashiers are extremely slow.

I think the Browns still have a chance with their defense playing like it has. They did beat the 9'ers with PJ...it will be an uphill battle but I wouldn't count them out completely.

No idea on the contract. I thought the Browns were crazy to give up what they did to get him to begin with, and then as stated previously, the contract was just insane. I guess in their mind though when you get top 3 draft picks for like what 8-10 years straight, and you can't draft a keeper QB you might as well trade for what you THINK is the one...only for him to continue getting hurt sucks for them.

I think they’ll be in games because their defense is capable and good enough to keep them in it but that schedule gets tougher the last 5 games besides the bears. Next 3 weeks have vs. Steelers, at Denver, at rams. I’m guessing they could probably pull off 2-1. but then vs jags, vs bears, at Texans, vs jets (with rodgers back if he’s correct on his timeline so who knows) and at bengals.

F self checkout. Shopping experience is miserable. Deliver my ish or have it ready for pick up. I'll pay the extra fee for the convenience

Browns actually remind me a lot of the early 90s Eagles teams.   We couldn't keep Randall on the field, but our defense was amazing and that kept us in games.  Almost made the playoffs with one the worst offenses in the league.

Yeah, it's great until you get accused of stealing something.  Honestly, if I were going to take something, do you really think it would be a jar of peanut butter?  I'm not Jean Valjean.

I love self checkout. I tend to avoid grocery stores that don't have it. If you have a full cart of items I can understand wanting to go to a cashier but for just one or two items it's almost always faster.

Went to Walmart with my son a few weeks ago, I buy our (wife and I) stuff, he buys his, we both go to self-checkout, we're walking out, the greeter asked to see our receipts...he just keeps on walking by, I stopped and obliged them. I asked him why he didn't stop and tell him that it was rude...he says F'em, they didn't check me out, if they wanted to see what I bought they should get rid of self checkout...most of this younger generation don't give AF. They want to be challenged, I don't get it personally. Supposedly the greeter/receipt checkers only ask to see your receipt if something is not in a bag...which is stupid...who puts a case of beer in a bag?
