One of the most, if not the most entertaining QBs I watched a lot of, RC was a magician when scrambling and so freaking athletic. That defense was amazing, IMO if JB doesn't have that horrific accident the Eagles are a completely different team, likely with a championship. Not because he was a great player, which he was, but because of the impact to the team's psyche and trying to overcome that tremendous loss.

Only Cosco and BJs and such where you're signing membership contracts can truly check your receipts.

The Giant near me gives you a scan gun that you take around the store with you and "checkout as you go." At the end, you scan a barcode on the gun into the register, pay, and go. It's a good system.

Foe what it’s worth, I think Ken Jennings is already a better host than Alex Trebek was. He is so much more quick witted. And his interview skills are massively superior.

I'll use self-checkout if/when they finally get it to work properly.  I used one this past weekend for one item at the grocery store, and although it scanned the item properly it didn't give any option to pay -- I moved to another self-checkout and did the same thing, and it only advanced to the pay option after a very long system lag.  The exercise took about as long as if I'd lined up at the express checkout.

Haven't watched the show in recent years.  Every time I come across it by chance, it's Blossom or Amy or whatever her name is -- and she's a classic example of book-smart but dim-witted.  She has the personality of a slug.

True, and my son made sure to tell me that...but I can't bring myself to ignore a 65-70 year old trying to do a job, especially when I have nothing to hide.

Started doing it during the beer flu... haven't looked back. Fee for my time back is worth it for me. Only downside is some shoppers break my damn taco shells and I now have a billion reusable shopping bags. Thanks NJ.

Siposs was terrible. And  stays unemployed. Won't be seeing him again, as predicted here months and months ago. Eagles waited too long on him. Because he held balls well. 😂 But better late than never. My other candidate, Gilliken, who I liked a little more is punting great for Arizona.
