It’s a team effort. If the O does something good, the D lets up a score. Complementary football in a negative sense.

Frankly I’ve kind felt this way the last 3 weeks, i really don’t think they are better than SF right now. I also don’t know if they can go into Dallas and win in Dallas (Dallas plays much better at home— won 12 straight). Imo it’s hard to get back to the SB after losing. I really just don’t see it happening this year (eventually i think luck runs out on some of the fortunate breaks they are getting). Not going to say they can’t. Always can but i think it’s a really hard ask. Even at 9-1 and if they come back to win today, i really just don’t see it cause i think SF is just overall better. I trust their offense is gonna show up (if guys are healthy) and their defense almost always does (1 team scored over 23 points so far this year). With the eagles don’t know what team is gonna show up or when they will decided to show up and eventually against a team like SF it can definitely lead to a loss.

They made the stops the first half but ran out of gas and it's hard to blame them. They hold them to a FG attempt....they miss and the offense hands it right the hell back.
