    It starts again once the ball is set for play.  Inside of 5 minutes, it stays stopped.

    Hurts should've thrown the ball on the play he scrambled, 80 was open the entire time. Would've gotten 5 yards, they could've ran on 3rd and shoved on 4th if it got to that point
