Can you post the tweet from the NFL officiating account? Elon doesn't let people without accounts look through profiles anymore

In my mind I understand all the reasons why Vegas would make SF the favorite, but I still just cannot believe they did.

I love that they did.   Gives the Eagles just a little bit more to juice them up and they are going to need some adrenaline flowing for this game, because their bodies are going to be worn out.  I expect basically walk throughs only for practice from the coaching staff to help them heal up a bit... extra treatments for guys... the works.

This game is the biggest game of the regular season.  Win it and the #1 seed is basically in the bag... they can lose to Dallas the following week and will even be able to sit players against the Giants in the final week of the season, because Dallas will inevitably drop another game along the way... either at Buffalo or at Miami.

Jordan Davis actually taking the corner from Allen and laying out to stop him should be the first thing Sirianni shows in the film room. That play was incredible for a guy his size and what it's all about.

They are going to need a TON of that in this upcoming game.   This is a real gut check situation given the games leading up to it.  49ers are on a mini-bye, and the Eagles are beaten up.  Comes down to desire and drive.

Twice in a year. Kind of think Doug or the eagles bring him in to be another mind/consultant in the room

Damn, Duce can’t even get the interim HC job there.

Which is exactly what we said in here as it happened live.

It was pointed on TV coverage last night - may have been the NBC SNF coverage - that Reddick didn't get his hand inside the collar, so it wasn't a horse collar tackle.

And he had his fist balled up. I think he was well aware not to pull him down by the collar given that. People just aren't used to seeing Josh Allen flung around like a rag doll.

This is the best I’ve got.

Yes... I make that call.   He can be a consultant for the remainder of the season and help BJ out with the issues he's been having with the first half.   I don't know if he'd want to do that this season... but I absolutely make the phone call.

The Panthers job is officially the worst job in the NFL. The owner has no patience and is meddles. They have no picks, minimal talent and a question mark at QB.

I would definitely bring in frank reich. Siriani is close with the guy and at the worst you have a backup coordinator or qb coach in house if needed

I think it'd be a smart move for him. He should be looking to attach himself to a good situation to rebuild credibility as a coach. He could tell the story that he came in and whipped the Eagles offense into shape for a playoff run.

The Eagles are going to have a letdown spot soon. You can't keep emptying the tank emotionally. Eventually you break. That's why you need some blowouts/byes to make it easier.

I don't think that happens vs. SF though. Sirianni going to play the 49ers off-season complaints on a loop.

I don't think the team will have a let down as much as not be able to recover from mistakes. I don't think they get rattled.  I don't think they get too up or too down for games.  Just like we are waiting for a game where they play 4 great quarters, they could easily lose when they have 3 bad quarters.  They have a lot of talented players that are high effort players.  They also have a confidence where they don't seem to get rattled on offense or defense.  They just get back up and try to make the next play.

If Frank was the one who made the decision to draft Bryce Young, he was fired in that moment.

If Frank was not the one who wanted to draft Bryce Young, he's better off being out of there.

Most sources say he wanted stroud and young was teppers pick

bring frank home!

Yup, same situation as Fangio last year.

Frank needs to leak that he wanted Stroud, and or at least retweet that very deep of McCown telling Stroud they’d see him back in Charlotte.

100% they should be calling him to help.  I am not as down on Brian Johnson as others have been.  I think he adjusts every game. I also think he likely gets blamed for problems that are not related to the play call.  Reich, however, has a lot of insight.  He would be able to help the passing game immensely.

I think it’s over for him as a head coach. It would be a hard sell to a fan base at this point, even if he comes to Philly and gets some credit for turning things around. Considering the complaints I’ve read about his offense the past few years (some you can obviously explain away), I’m not sure I want him here as more than a consultant.

I feel for Frank though. Tying yourself to bad ownership can be a career killer.

This is what bad teams do.  Fire a good coach one year into the rebuild.

And, yes, Sirianni should call him first thing this morning and offer him an asst head coach/offensive consultant job.

Starting to wonder if the issues in the first half are because they start off with bad plans and opening drive scripts which are a shared responsibility with Siri and BJ. Odd how much better they look after they adjust in the second half.

That "It was all Reich and not Doug" argument seems to have fallen flat on its face. One has been fired in back to back seasons and the other is on his way to two straight divisional titles.
