Any picks for TNF?  Seahawks are _so_very_ overrated.  They are 6-5 and the only quality win they have was against Detroit and that was in week 2.  The only hope the Seahawks have will be that this is a trap game for Dallas and that they are already preoccupied with their game against the Eagles next week.  I don't think that'll happen though.  Dallas 34 - Seattle 17.  Typical Thursday night football snoozer and we can all go to bed by halftime.

I wish, but dallas is curb stomping them

Yeh that is pretty crappy of the GM...and seems kind of strange really. Seems like the GM would have veto power over the HC, although it is a Davis owned team so who knows.

It really says more about where they are as organization when the GM, HC, and apparently the owner aren't in lock step. How does the coach get fired? Had to be a Davis decision. The GM got overruled by the coach? Davis should fire the GM and start over. Kind of reminds me of the Bill Parcels comment...something about "want you to make dinner but don't let you buy the groceries".

Sounds like some ish DAL would do if they couldn't maintain mediocrity...Oh nevermind, the owner and GM are the same person, there is no self accountability, and he damn sure isn't going to fire himself.

Why the heck would a GM with 20 years of personnel experience let himself be overruled by the head coach?

Exactly...I wish I had stated it that simply...

Didn't even know Johnson was hurt.

Rumor has it he popped some scar tissue at some point and woke up sore, and got secret treatment the day of the Bills game. Forget where I read that though.

I always felt for Maclin when Kempski called him "self tacklin".  It just stuck with fans unfairly so.

But good to see Lane was FP today

I agree. Kempski is a jerk, though less so than he was a few years ago when he was trying to get noticed. Now he’s just part of the primordial ooze.

Y’all had me laughing out loud with all the Twitter posts and reposts, comments about this on Sunday. Y’all were giving each other some hell before the game. Fun bunch.

That's such a weird and silly story about the Raiders and Stroud. They had the SEVENTH pick in the draft. They were never going to have a chance to pick him. Who cares if they liked him? I'm sure lots of teams did.

It'd be like the Eagles complaining about missing out on Peyton Manning.

Couple of hours away from kick off, I’ll be pregaming with a few High Noons pretty soon.

Hopefully the stream is solid tonight. A few times this year the TNF game comes across like The Open (golf) being broadcast from the UK to here where the ball kind of skips across the screen. Picture is good but seems delayed at times.

They play in the USFL?

This is just an exhibition game.

So why was Ertz traded again?

From what little I remember he was unhappy here.

@HazletonEagle had this problem until he upgraded his internet.

He was crying in his exit presser because he never wanted to leave Philly, even though he was going nuts about his contract status in TC

His best play as an eagle

Draft Scenario:

Eagles get into RD2 and a Center of RD1 caliber like Sedrick Van Pran from Georgia has yet to be drafted.

My question to the posters who know more than I:

When healthy, how has Cam Jurgens graded out at RG? Could he take on that role permanently or is he better suited to play C?

In this mock draft scenario, I doubled down on OL in RD2 by selecting OT Jordan Morgan from Arizona as well. The assumption was Kelce retired after a SB victory!

There’s a lot of projections of Morgan being a first round pick. Would likely have to use whatever first we have or maybe even try to trade up a couple spots to get him. Might change with the combine but currently he’s projected to go first round or really early second

I'm sure they'll move Jurgens to C when Kelce retires. RT is more of a need

There's one team left that Jason Kelce has yet to get a W against. Seahawks...he got his first win against the Chiefs on Monday night now he'll beat the Seahawks on a Monday night

What’s the plan for Steen then - he seems to have some OT ability but not the length.

I’m not sure if there’s a 1st round type center in this draft, there are some good guards but again that blocks Steen’s ascension.

They drafted him to play RG. I'm assuming he'll start there next season
