Agreed. There aren’t Sauce Gardner’s sitting on practice squads or couches right now.

Game is f'ing over. Nick and his staff crap the bed but honestly Johnson has been crap all year. This time Hurts making plays late won't cut it. Howie built a bad defense cause all he can do is draft and sign DL. Hurts isn't the MVP.

Sirianni putting too much faith in a defense that is not deserving of it here.  Same as in thr Super Bowl.  You gotta go for it on 4th and 2

Some here made the argument that tackles were bad.  And that VanSumeren leading in tackles was evidence he was bad.

I'm watching the Eagles miss tackles.  I would think you might want a guy who made a lot of tackles. 

VanSumeren might not be able to cover a receiver like a cornerback can,  but he made a lot of tackles.  There weren't a lot of cases where VanSumeren missed tackles and 10 yard gains turned into 30 yard gains.

Last season was his best shot at winning a ring. Too bad.

At least we're a good team, but unless the defense suddenly gets younger and good within a couple of seasons, it is what it is.

I really don’t get Sirianni. He’s one of the most aggressive coaches but turtles up in big games
