Criminal to not build a more balanced offensive approach.

Criminal not to have a competent defense outside of the DL

Also, Burkhardt is a ghey.

And Dom DiSandro may have lost his job.  League gonna be heavy on him getting in Greenlaws face like that.  Total curb stomp today.  Hope it leads to an understanding that with our D we have to be a ball control offense and our RBs have to have more than 9 carries combined in a game.

Now Purdy will get his knob slobbered all week when the majority of his passes were for 5 yards, then turned into 30.

Get punched in the mouth, it happens. Learn from it, don’t forget it, but move on from it.

I refuse to choose that line of thinking. They got ****slapped up and down the field all day in their own house.

You dont have to choose anything. You can accept that numerous storylines are true of this game.

Eagles got dominated and didnt deserve to win. Refs also had a large impact on the scoreboard. There werent just missed calles. There were very consequential missed calls.

D is not good enough.

Hurts is not good enough.

Its all true.

This team sucks. It is what it is.

Gotta hope we get extremely lucky in the playoffs.

Football is about matchups. Sometimes you just don't match up well against someone. I think what really happened is most teams, even many good ones, don't match up against us very well.

So the way I see it, I think we should learn everything we can from this game, and then flush it. Study the tape as if it was an opponent of ours. There's actually some very encouraging stuff to go along with some pretty depressing stuff. In my opinion, the play-calling was very encouraging. It didn't work out, but most of the play calling in the first 3 quarters (so with a starter at QB) made sense.

I've said it a million times, the main reason WHY we were in situations where we need fortunate bounces was questionable play-calling on the offense - lots of inconsistency. So the way I see it, that's actually the main correction we need against 95% of the teams in the NFL. That solves MOST of the problems that matter. The only issue is how to solve the other ones.

IMO, there is no fix or solve to the way this defense plays. I’m not even faulting an individual player etc., it’s the lack of talent on that side of the ball. Most of these guys would not start on many other teams (except the d-line).

I can’t see how they can fix this huge issue. It’s been a problem all year. Our defense is who we thought they were - not good.

Nah he'll be fine.

Dallas week, let’s go.

Dom won't get fired.

He wasn't in Greenlaw's face.

Was doing his job trying to break up an altercation.

We have no running game and can't generate turnovers on defense.

Seriously. It’s embarrassing to even mention the refs.

42-19. Pathetic

Lol. Let’s not be those fans.

Eagles lost the game, no doubt.  BUT, they weren't the recipients of any favorable calls, quite the opposite, nearly every close call, went the wrong way.  And the way it worked out, I think that's because this crew generally doesn't seem to be throwing the flags very much, and the 49ers benefit from that.  Their WRs are wide open constantly, so we couldn't get close enough to make a difference, but their DBs were all over the WRs, so they benefitted... and it's likely the same in most of their games.

Bring Foles back

Burkhardt is the most stereotypical announcer dude ever. Hope Fox never gets another Super Bowl until he's off the A team

Not fired but I could see a fine coming his way. He probably shouldn’t be that close to the sideline tbh.

The 2017 Eagles got killed by the Seahawks (score doesn't fully reflect it).

2021 Rams got blown out twice and won a ring.

Let's see in January.

I wonder what Big Dom will learn... 🤔

He was standing on the sidelines, and Greenlaw came to him.  He wasn't on the field.

Nothing. He’s already making calls, Greenlaw is about to learn.

Time to get hammered.

Drinks up EMB!

Between Brian Johnson and Sean Desai, Brian Johnson is having a much better season, but he gets 5 times the criticism. The Eagles held the Dolphins to a season low in offensive points and shut the Chiefs mediocre offense out in the 2nd half, but other than that what has this defense done this season? They've been Fing awful. Say what you want about this secondary, but their pass defense in almost all categories is bottom 5 in the NFL and they aren't world beaters, but they certainly aren't bottom 5 in the whole league in terms of talent.

I have not been impressed with Desai and the only reason he gets a pass is because he took over for the hated Gannon. And yes I know his LBs suck. Their defensive line is still loaded and they have adequate players in the secondary, that should be enough to not get thrown on at will be every offense worth a damn.
