He seemed to have played pretty well today...not his fault there were zero linebackers to be heard from 5 yards downfield for run stops and passes defended...

I feel like we just don't run the ball very well. We haven't had a game where Swift had 100+ yards rushing since the Bucs game.

Believe the game plan this week was to not run the ball. Niners came into the game with the no. 2 rush defense in the league. Issue is you can’t make yourself one dimensional against he niners with just aj and smith healthy as pass catchers. It’s much easier to defend. It’s why I’ve said julio really is wasting a roster spot as he offers nothing right now. Watkins and Oz are still better than julio is today. Id have brought in Jarvis Landry for a workout just to see what he is as i know julio is done. This offseason getting a better slot wr is pretty vital. I’d argue a better backup TE as goedert is routinely missing 3-4 weeks every year

That’s why this team isn’t going far poor coaching/game planning. They’re too impatient to establish a run and dink and dunk down the field. 

I could give a flying F about the HFA, seeding.  It is Dallas week!! And if we can't get up for that, then I have major concerns.  I know that this team hates losing as much as us and will do everything possible to get the W.  Then, we can talk about Seatlle

yep. even the run game we got gashed the DL was penetrating and mostly there were no LBs to fill holes and clean up.

Last year the Niners had the #1 run defense in the league and the Eagles smoked them in the run game. The run game this season can't run on anyone these days. Niners or otherwise. Something is horribly wrong with it. I thought for a while it was Hurts' lack of ability to run and defenses not respecting it, but it has to be more than that because their OL is still great and they should still be able to run it with this group. I don't know if it's scheme or what it is. Last season they ran it on everyone no matter the circumstances. This season they've struggled mightily for months. Not sure what's up but they better fix it.

Red sauce is solid, green not so much

I think what bothers me the most about this game is that championship caliber teams do not get their asses kicked like that, especially at home, can’t ever remember a mahomes team, or a Brady team getting smoked like that

Dallas fans have been the most giddy today over our loss.  SF fan friends have been much more realistic and know that it was their day against a good team.
