If you had to rank the three best Eagles linebackers of the past 15 years, who would you go with? DeMeco, Bradham, and Kendricks?

Bradham, Hicks (when healthy) and DeMeco.

Would've loved to have seen DeMeco in his prime on the Eagles

Id have said Stewart Bradley in 2008 before the injury.

Sideline shoving matches do happen all the time.  We usually don’t remember them because they’re not a big deal.

Even this one isn’t remembered and it was 10x worse than what happened yesterday and everyone on the sidelines seemed to be involved:

Players, yea. And there's one staffer who is getting pushed into Gilmore by other players. No sideline personnel is stepping up to push him back.

The fact that the whole sideline situation is being debated and talked about so much is a shame really. It just takes away from the game in general. That is not what the NFL or the owners want, it puts out a bad image, and for them the possibility of lost revenue. They will hopefully be fair about it and get it cleared up so it doesn't happen again.

I personally don't care who is right and who is wrong...because it doesn't matter at this point, just play football. Leave the drama for the WWE and the NBA.

It really wasn't that big of a deal.

Also true.   The punch, not the tackle, is why he was ejected.  That's when he crossed the line.   The tackle was the 15 yard penalty, the ejection was for the altercation with Dom and the punch.

Both were wrong.  Both were penalized.  But, as was pointed out, the 9ers had the greater impact on the game with their player's ejection than Dom being removed from the sidelines for the Eagles.

The punch was the weird escalation - if Greenlaw just moved along it’s just the usual nastiness and not even memorable.

It would be a shame if Dom got some kind of lifetime ban as I think that would be an NFL overreaction (to a Greenlaw overreaction).

I think Dom and Howie should have a tag team cage match against Stephen & Jerrah to raise money for Jerry's Kids.  The kids with muscular dystrophy not the ones that Jerrah fathered illegitimately.

You might want to watch that again.  There’s a guy in a white shirt, wearing a black mask (Covid year) who was in the middle of it, breaking up the fight and yes, he may have "pushed people”.   Even Pete Caroll was in the middle of it trying to break it up.  And another guy wearing a blue hat with a white shirt doing the same thing.

My take on the game- it is pretty understated, the challenge the Eagles have had not with the difficulty of opponent week after week,  but cumulative amount of games and snaps in a short amount of time against these good,  physical teams.

On a different week,  this game should look a lot different.

Even in this game where they were thoroughly out played,  a different crew of officials could have impacted the score dramatically as well.

The 49ers were clearly the better team yesterday. But I don't take that to mean they are the best in the league.  I don't take that to mean the Eagles can't beat them later this year. And I don't think the Eagles have regressed at all compared to earlier in the season.   I think it's fatigue more than anything,  and a few key injuries.

Those things can improve by playoffs.

I am not concerned.  They are going to lose next week too. And I'm still not concerned.

People keep saying this happens all the time, but I have yet to see one example of someone forcibly touching an opposing player. Here's is what should have happened. Notice the Steelers personnel only touching Steelers players and not the Packers.

Yup.

It's probably being talked about so much because we don't really want to remember the actual game.

This jag Leonard really is playing the waiting game. Waiting for him to finally come aboard only to be underwhelming rest of the way.

Probably. The national media isn’t helping the situation either.

I'm definitely thinking it's a timely distraction lol

Agreed. That was close to a schedule loss as it comes, especially following an exhausting  Bills overtime game. Need reinforcements with Goedert & Cunningham. And hopefully Leonard and Ertz. They were due for one of these blowouts. Been a long time. I like the wake up call factor. Can't be content! Hurts is made for this.

Everyone's focusing on Leonard, but I wonder if this week or next week if things go bad in Dallas and the offense has another bad first half(again) if they bring in Reich for another voice on that offensive staff.

Yeah I'm kinda burned out on the whole Big Dom thing. If he's not on the sidelines anymore, I won't shed any tears. It's approaching Taylor Swift levels of annoyance and I'm just tired of hearing about him.

Josina just reported the Eagles feel optimistic he'll sign with them. Also said she hasn't heard anything about the Cowboys
