Even if we get no help, and we end up losing the division, we're good enough to win 3 road playoff games. We have the best HC/QB combo in the conference.

I think they have the talent to win 3 road playoff games. Don’t think it’s the route you want to go nor is it likely outcome. If the eagles don’t win the division they are likely going to be the 5 seed. So going to New Orleans, falcons or tampa. If seeding holds up you are going out to SF. If you beat SF then you are likely going to Dallas cause i don’t think the lions would beat Dallas. If let’s say the lions are the 3 seed and get upset then have to go to Dallas and then SF to get to the SB. Even if they don’t get the 1 seed but get the 2 or 3 there’s a far greater shot as you’d likely get lions in divisional round whereas SF would get Dallas.

It’s pretty obvious we’re not getting the 1 seed at this point.  It is what it is.

Yeah I put money on it.

Eagles will have a very short leash to hold onto the #1 seed over them.  They could very easily win out but chances are that the Lions will drop at least one of their remaining games, possibly 2.  Eagles are the best team in the NFL so they will just have to handle their business while going against some of the top teams in the league coming up here.

Eagles don't get the #1 seed then it will be the Lions getting it.  I don't see the scenario where the Eagles aren't the #1 seed and the Lions drop to the #3 seed.

Seeding would likely go as:

1. Lions

2. 49ers (tie breaker over Cowboys if need be)

3. Cowboys (already sitting on 3 NFC losses)

4. Saints/Falcons/Bucs

5. Eagles

6. Seahawks

7. Vikings/whoever doesn't matter.

1st round would be

49ers over the 7th seed.

Seahawks and Cowboys who knows

Eagles over the NFC South winner.

2nd round then the Eagles would be going to the Lions unless the Seahawks beat the Cowboys in round 1.

I still agree with the overall point though that it's not a good or likely path for the Eagles to take.  If they end up as a wild card team then something went wrong and they just didn't play well when going against playoff level teams and probably dropped an easy game in the final 3 stretch against the Giants twice and Cardinals.  That's not a team set to make a run in the playoffs.

Bucs holding the 49ers to a field goal before half.  Only down 13-7.  That's one to watch.

Rams just need to put in Wentz already.

Don’t see the lions going into Dallas and winning. I also don’t think they sweep Minnesota. If they split with Minnesota and lose to Dallas that’s 4 losses. I can see a scenario where the eagles, cowboys and niners all finishing with 4 losses and it comes down to a Tiebreaker. If the eagles don’t beat SF better hope they split (get swept) with seattle who they owned last year 3 times and Baltimore. Unless SF has injuries, if the eagles don’t beat them i can see them running the table. I tend to think they are better than Baltimore without andrews and overall just think they are more talented then seattle and geno has been up and down this year

Honestly, if I was the Bears owner, I would fire everybody on that staff. It’s not so much about losing but the way you did it. You should have won that game by the fact that you had a time of possession of 40 minutes to 20. They created four turnovers in that game and the lions didn’t do anything in the second half for 26 of the first 30 minutes. In the last four minutes you have given up 17 points. That to me is fireable.

I would fire the Bears owner.

God the jets offense is putrid

Man, we shouldn't have lost to the Jets. Swift fumble, Goedert fumble, Elliott missed FG, Devonta drop, Hurts last INT, etc.

Their biggest problem on office is really that nobody stays healthy on that team. Mike Williams consistently gets hurt. Joshua Palmer is hurt. Linsley is out. Ekeler missed a few weeks. Clapp got hurt today. Feels like that’s the most consistent thing with the chargers.

Keenan Allen is always hurt too. As is Gerald Everett

it's like their sports science team is a sponge and a bucket of water

Another win for the 76ers.

My only hope is that game was the dose of humble pie the Eagles needed heading into the gauntlet of their schedule.

Jets with some stones there on the fake punt.

Lol

Buffalo DBs getting beat up

The NFC is a weird thing. Eagles and Cowboys are always very competitive, the Giants are owned by the Cowboys, the Giants own the team in DC, but the team in DC is also capable of giving the Cowboys a difficult time.

Here’s to hoping that Howell comes to play on Thanksgiving….and here’s to hoping that Rivera has one last middle finger to give to the Cowboys…

The Packers could also do us a favor…But I have more faith in Washington winning in Dallas, than I do Green Bay winning in Detroit.  Sounds weird to say that….but that’s how I see it

The only player Wilson is looking for in the passing game is hall. Bills somehow missing the memo.

Kupp is hitting that over worked WR wall

49ers are losing to the Eagles and Ravens at least.  Cowboys are losing at least 2 of their remaining games.  Lions might lose two as well but they but even then that'll likely be good enough for them.

One game at a time.

Beat the Chiefs.

Bills lose 3 DBs tonight.

Implications for next week.

Too Saucy there.

Don’t think it’s a given the niners lose both of those games. Especially when Baltimore is being played in Sf. Baltimore is going to miss mark andrews. That wasn’t a small part of their offense and i don’t think they have the WRs to make up for that a sense against a team like SF.
