Not sure why the officials blew the play dead. Seahawks have no timeouts and rams didn’t call a timeout.

Apparently challenging to see if it’s a catch.

2 actual story lines from the Jets sycophant media this year:

1 - Hackett is awesome because he got revenge on Sean Payton  (their O is 30/32 and falling)

2 - Rodgers is an amazing mentor to Wilson and like an extra OC for the Jets  (see again the O is 30/32 and falling)

Rodgers is either wasted on tequila on the sidelines or so high on mushrooms he thinks he’s playing in a couple weeks.

Saw the hills destroying the jets. After losing to the raiders, could see the jets crumbling cause none one on that team believes in Wilson and the jets were too stubborn just to admit he sucks and go out get someone like dobbs at the deadline.

Jets are closer to the Patriots than they are to being a contender.  Highly improbable win over the Eagles coupled with their miraculous win over Buffalo to start their season.  They should likely be a 2-8 team.

Dobbs with the Jets coaching staff would have looked like Dobbs has every year going into this one.  Jets are a very good defense saddled with an anemic offense, and I’m still not convinced even with Rodgers they wouldn’t be 3rd in that division.

Seahawks going for the almost walk off from 55

Annnnnd that was UGLY! Not even close with distance or accuracy.

That looked like an early 2000’s kick from that distance. I know it’s far-ish but for todays kicking game, that was bad.

Eh even if dobbs is just average that team is better off then where they are. Don’t need him being what he has done this year. Their defense most Sundays is good enough to keep them in games. I tend to believe if they just have average QB play they likely could still be better than 4-6. Frankly just average competent Qb play with how their defense played vs. New England and the raiders they likely win.

wilson is just awful. And i can’t imagine the type of deflation that happens with the team seeing him just continue to get the job even though he looks bad week after week except for like the chiefs and broncos game.

The bigger issue is you tried all last year with Zach Wilson and he wasn’t good enough. so much so you went out and got Aaron Rodgers because you knew he wasn’t good enough. you already knew he has no business playing significant snaps then he really shouldn’t be there to begin with. Yet they didn’t think rodgers who’s had injuries in the past, now 40 with a mediocre to bad oline that a competent backup was needed.

I truly am thankful for Jake

Sounds like Shannahan now confirmed the ACL for Hufanga

Yup. Not talked enough about how amazing of a poaching that was, and if Sturgis never got hurt would never have been.

Hopefully the loss fires up the Hawks on Thursday.

They had Rodgers and he lasted 3 plays behind that line. He was not abducted by aliens. They would be worse with Rodgers because at least Wilson can run for his life. The absolute best case for Rodgers on that team is something like 1991 Jim McMahon with 15 injuries but somehow still playing 11 games. The Jets would be 4-7 in those 11 because that D is not the 1991 Eagles.

And still not even at the 2 minute warning

Thanksgiving is going to be an annoying day of Lions, Cowboys and 49ers winning.

Even with the Rodgers injury, their solution to when/if he got hurt was stupid. Zach Wilson should have never been brought back after you made that trade. everybody on that team knew he suck. Felt like joe Douglas didn’t want to admit it cause it’s a giant egg on his face. Was hoping rodgers balled out so it didn’t look so bad.

It’s basically super deflating when Aaron Rodgers gets hurt. And then you’re just compounding it because everybody knows Zach Wilson is not capable being competent enough. I am not saying you’re going to get a guy that’s going to win you games every single week as a back up. But there are far better options for them in the off-season and before the trade deadline and they just didn’t wanna do it because they were stubborn.

The biggest issue to me is the stubbornness to not upgrade the back up position knowing damn well Zach Wilson if something happened to Rodgers was not remotely competent. They already knew that and they kept doubling down on it.

I don't understand why we can't ever draft corners like him.

Resul was a cover 2/quarters CB that we drafted to play man coverage. Ugh

Stupid play call in SNF game... and rightly they turn it over on that play.    Who runs a sweep with their QB... after the TE takes the center snap?!  Boneheadedly stupid.

Get ready for Purdy MVP tweets

Purdy looks impressive.  The 49ers may well be the one team stands on our way to SB.  The game in a few weeks would be critical.

I don’t think they can beat the Eagles at the Linc.  They’re not tough enough emotionally to travel and win a big game

Josh Dobbs is doing some special stuff.  Detroit has two games against the Vikes in the last 3 weeks of the year.   BTW... why does the NFL do this with teams?  And Eagles play Giants twice in 3 weeks to end the season.  Why aren't these games more spread out?  Makes no sense.

He wasn't bad when he was here either.  Eagles never gave him safety help over top and teams just took advantage of that since he didn't have the speed to keep up down the field.  Top level ball hawk instincts though.
