It's Christian Elliss.  Were they quality ST snaps?  Our success on STs is mainly from Elliott, Covey, and replacing Siposs with Mann.

Seems one of the guys you mentioned thought pretty highly of him

I don't think Carr's racist. Retarded, maybe, but not racist.

He's probably being offered $10M to stay lol.

Sad state when NIL money is better than NFL money lol.  But you’re probably right.

Just suffered through a few hour flight with little do to but peruse Eagles articles.  Just wanted to post my bottom line thoughts.

This really isn't a complicated or enigmatic team.  We've figured out the 2023 Eagles.  They have a great but inconsistent offense and a bad defense.  That's it.  Nothing else to say.

In the 2023 competitive landscape, they aren't beating SF unless SF falls way off their current level of play (which certainly could happen).  On a day when our offense clicks and the opposing offense combines just enough misfires with our defense making a few surprising plays, we can beat anyone else.  With the inconsistencies of the offense, however, we can also lose to anyone else on the wrong day.

But it's very simple.  Great and inconsistent offense.  bad defense.

Morey denied that. The truth? Who knows.

Of course he's denied it. Because he made the wrong choice!

I don't get releasing Ellis at all. There's other guys who provided far less value to the team. Albert O? Penny?

I was looking at tiebreak scenarios the other day. I believe that if the Lions win out and we lose once and both of us finish 14-3, the tiebreak could come down to strength of victory. With that in mind, it’s probably better for us if the Patriots win tonight. And as a matter of course we should root for teams we beat this year and root against teams that the Lions beat.

Or alternatively, root for the Steelers so that the Patriots maintain their draft slot in front of Washington and the Giants. That’s a valid strategy too, I guess.

God bless you for trying to find an angle to pay attention to this game

NBA insiders also said it never happened

Doing some online shopping for Christmas presents for my brothers.  Anybody have one of these?  They seem cool but kind of expensive.  What type of material are they made?

It actually depends who we beat. If we beat one of Seattle or Dallas to get to 14-3, we'd get the tie-break over Detroit. If we lose both those games, and say we finish tied with Detroit at 13-4, we'd lose it because of common opponents.

Unless the Lions beat the Cowboys in that scenario then the Lions and Eagles would be even with common opponents.

I believe it doesn’t matter if it’s Dallas or Seattle we lose to in a 14-3 tiebreak with the Lions since both teams are common opponents as well as NFC teams. So it works out the same. The strength of victory component would be an issue however, so it would be better to beat the Cowboys since they’re more likely to have the higher win total.

I never explored 13-4 tiebreaks.

And a fumble that cost them the game at the end of the day. Lucky to have him? Yes. But the we don't deserve him he walks on water crap can stop.

I mean he never walked on water. I just think your Super Bowl take is cheeks, so I responded to that. You can't say the QB cost them the game in a situation where the defense played like that.

As for overall, he had a very good year last year. This year he's having a less good year for sure. Anyone who's objective can realize that.

Or we had a creampuff schedule last year and got a false read

Which one is Harrison, Nabers, or Odunze?

Unquestionable get the Heisman, what a dumb take.

The most impactful and important guy in college is Penix

Ok stats guy. Anyone with eyes can see Harrison is the best player in college football

Might be too much risk of getting taken by chicago

I bought a Ridge wallet a few years back and while they seem to be trendy, it was more of a hassle than anything else.

I feel like a WR can go anywhere and thrive. The team/organization picking them doesn’t affect them as much as QB, imo. Larry Fitzgerald and Calvin Johnson went to dumpster fires and still became all-time greats.

Fine, but I absolutely disagree with the notion that the Eagles are virtually certain to win the strength of victory tiebreak with the Lions. I’ve done the math and it looks close when you estimate what final records might be. Possibly in Detroit’s favor, especially if our loss is to Dallas. Every little win by the Giants, Commanders, and Patriots would help.

There is nothing about Detroit that scares me. I’d rather play them than the Packers, currently.

What made it a hassle?  Just curious.  I also like those basic ones from Groove Life.  Not Eagles though.  I use a money clip but could see myself liking one of this style more.
