I would go as far to say that this team has been incredibly successful despite mediocre coaching over the past 2 seasons. 

It's far harder to paint that story for last year, given the complete games and remarkable stats accrued over the season and post season.

Nick is a solid HC with the right support cast in place. It's hard to believe we've downgraded from Gannon to Desai, but here we are talking about it even with an eye still open to the frailties of this secondary.

There’s no way Reid comes into next season with these WRs again and screw Mahomes over like that for another season. They’re going to trade for Mike Evans or something.

Yup. I said it last off-season they should have moved on from Sean McDermott and got Sean Payton. He would’ve maximized Josh Allen and the offense. And I think they’ve gone as far as they can go with Sean McDermott as the head coach. Not that McDermott is a bad coach but sometimes you get as far as you can with one coach and need someone to come in and finish it. Dungy and gruden comes to mind
