Best investment I ever made was a pellet grill.   Not sure what, if anything, I lose versus a stick burner... but the convenience of it... so sweet.   

 

But, its another washout of a Sunday in Philly... so I wouldn't be able to smoke anything tonight.  So I pulled down the other turkey breast from the Thanksgiving turkey out of the freezer.  

 

Also breaking out the Bell's Christmas Ale.   Not that it means anything, but I had a Christmas Ale during the Chiefs game... and during the Bills game.   I did not have one during the 49ers game.   Do with that information what you will.

Some may be scared shitless, but I'm hyped. I'm ready for this fight, and I think this team will be too.
