I have no nerves for the game tonight, none.  Not sure why, but what will be, will be. A win or loss won't define the season either way.

Yeah SF & Dallas are the games I really want us to win. This game and Buffalo next week I’m not super stressed about a loss as long as we look good in the game

Man, I wish that I had realized that tonight was Eagles/Chiefs when I scheduled my colonoscopy for tomorrow back in August... This might be the roughest Monday Night Football broadcast I've ever experienced.

Good on you for getting it done though...pills or liquid? Pills are easier but getting throught the 2nd round without vommitting sucks. The thing that sucks about doing it the day after a game night is no drinking beer during the game and having to hit pause so many times...😂

I personally wouldn't call Dallas a statement game for us. Yes they won, but they didn't look good doing it. For me a statement game is "a team controls the game and wins against a good opponent". Not "team depends on the other team imploding to escape a loss".

The eagles almost snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, not a statement game IMO

I don't believe in 'statement' games.  There are wins and there are losses.   Eagles won.  Dallas lost.   Eagles 1-0, Dallas 0-1.

Enjoy the prep!

You will soon know firsthand what the saying "clean as a whistle" feels like.

My first one is gonna get scheduled soon

Doing liquid

Don't normally drink beer for night games because work comes too early the next morning, but I'm a snacker during games so that's out the window

I'm super hungry now, and my wife is torturing me by watching people reviewing buffets on youtube

The worst part is the prep...the awesome little nap they induce is where it's at.

Nope.  We are pretty healthy.

They are down to two DEs and three ILBs. Suspect Ojomo is active and he or Williams, maybe even Carter, get DE snaps. Maybe see some PJ. Maybe even some Smith with Reddick. But thought they might activate VanSumeren again.

I don't have nerves, but excitement.  From bye week to waiting until the Mon night game builds anticipation.  The night games have a different feel to them, and regardless of the SB rematch overhype, they are the 2 best teams in the league both with exciting players to watch.

I just want the Eagles to be prepared and quit with the mental mistakes and be focused.  And hopefully everyone is relatively healthy after resting up.

They put you under? So you don’t even get to feel getting probed? What’s the point then?

Who gets fired first? Staley or Rivera? After seeing Staley's post game hissy fit, I say him.

On December 6 I'm scheduled to complete the "oscopy trifecta" within the same calendar year.  Had the ureteroscopy in April, colonoscopy in October, and will have a gastroscopy in a couple of weeks.

Just get one of these from the CVS:

I had that done for the first time about a month ago. If I have to pick between sex and colonoscopy prep sex wins every time but the colonoscopy prep wasn't nearly as bad as I had anticipated. The prep came with a lemon flavor packet which helped. Mix the prep up a few hours before hand and refrigerate it. I kept it as cold as I could manage which probably helped with palatability. 8 ounces every 10 minutes until I went thru 32 ounces. I was scheduled for afternoon so 32 ounces in the evening, 32 ounces the next morning. I expected to have trouble consuming that much liquid but it turned out to be a non-issue. 5 years before I have to find out if the first time was beginner's luck. My father died of Colon Cancer so yeah .....

Something I found out from the gastroenterologist worth knowing if that if an ancestor is diagnosed with colon cancer at an earlier age, like 50s the cause is more likely to have a genetic component so more important to start screening early.

I'm hoping they can actually win that game.
