If someone told Sweat to jab step and rush inside it would baffle the tackle so much he might tear his Achilles.

He did make contact.   But did it within 1 yard of the LOS... so its legal.   It sucks... but its legal.

I used to hate the Patriots for that, they run it, or used to, better than anyone.

Fire the defensive line coach.

This team is looking like the 2019 team that basically just won the division by default.

So investing to get after the passer but then seeing teams completely negate that.

Look building through the trenches is the right way to build a roster but you’ve got to do more. You’ve got to get play makers in your secondary who can get their hands on the ball.

The myth about our vaunted d-line

Yes i forgot jalen Carter and Jordan Davis also get excused from any right or wrong doing when they’ve been nonexistent in terms of run defense and pass rush over the last 3 weeks.

Now BJ starts running the ball

Honestly though...  they might have talked at halftime about the need for the offense to just possess the ball and save the defense from playing 100 snaps, seriously.   They can't keep the defense on the field so much and expect good things for future games.

Because fatigue will be there for the next game too... flight back to PHL, then long flight to SEA next week.    Just need to shorten this game at this point and live to play for the next week.   (and it sucks to be thinking this way... but honestly, going nuts and throwing the ball a ton trying to get back into this game might be the worst thing they can do, not just for tonight but for next week too.)

The Eagles defense has a huge number of stats that are the worst in the nfl.

Gotta fire D coord no way around it

ouch!

No doubt these guys dont get home nearly enough this year. Theres still been a ton of pressure, but its not affecting the game at all. Pressures consistently ending up as big pass plays rather than forced early throws incomplete, or INTs.

It partly is.

You know what happens when you play frustrated?   It just gets worse.  It never improves.  Play disciplined and you might end up less frustrated because something good might come about.

Yep, assignment football. Do your job.

Almost a botched exchange again.

I hate this team right now.

AJ nice job

COWBOY BALL

Crazy that running works when you stay with it

We deserved that.

AJ has been brutal tonight.

Ok I'm done.
