Did the O move the ball well though? Their punter threw a 28 yard pass that was 2 yards shorter than Hurts longest of the night. Without that play, the offense put up 291 yards.

Hurts didn't hit 200 yards passing.

Their longest run was 11 yards and their starting RB, who they refused to get in any kind of rhythm averaged 3.5 ypc.

There is STILL no rhyme or reason to what they do on offense. None. They have no offensive identity. Every yard has to be clawed for. With these weapons and this OL, they should be getting chunk after chunk but they can't.

Too early to declare this, but I'm starting to have concerns that last season the defense was just a product of a historic pass rush and unsustainable turnover rate and the offense was the product of Steichen who is now gone.

Hurts is fool's gold.

The playcalling is amateur hour on both sides.

But we as fans are stuck with it for a while.

Not saying tonight's game is his fault, but that "Hurts is just a winner" narrative sure has lost a lot of its luster. Elite QBs typically don't lose embarrassingly like that in back to back games. Especially when the offense looks that bad.

We lost two fumbles near the red zone and third at midfield. AJ also decided to not catch a deep ball for some reason. This wasn’t any kind of game to write home about, but that’s at least two scoring drives we simply gave away on soft fumbles. 

Let’s revisit the luck conversation. Yeah, we were damn lucky to win against the Chiefs and Bills
