The social media Slay thing is a non story. This is sports now, and if you hate it I'd stop watching sports now, because social media and athletes will only become more integrated together. It's a part of society now. It's not 2003.

I just hate the way we're losing. I didn't expect us to win both the 49ers and Cowboys games, I wanted us to at least play them tough. They both made us look like chumps, just straight up bullied us. Exposed our glaring issues that been there most of the season.

Honestly really wish we didn’t have to play both after 10 days off and back to back. It is what it is. This team looked bad in almost every facet of the game besides the first quarter against the niners.

* Dallas was tackled at the one foot line and Dak stepped out relatively unforced on a two point conversion.

* MVS drops an easy TD that likely beats us.

* James Cook drops a walk-in TD.

We’ve had some things go our way, winning a series of coin flips. That doesn’t even count Tyreek also dropping a walk-in TD. Those are high-leverage plus that somehow ended up in the Eagles’ favor. That’s simply not sustainable. Now we aren’t getting those fortuitous plays and we’re simply getting our arses kicked.

Not every athlete uses it like a teenager like how Slay uses it.

Ok, last thing, for real this time…

This Eagles fan showed more fight before getting his arse kicked than the team did in either of the past two weeks.

Eventually every athlete is gonna use it like that as younger guys come into the league who grew up entirely with it. Wouldn't be surprised if the NFL signs a deal for players to do stuff during the game with a specific platform at some point in the future.

But it has absolutely nothing to do with what happened in the game.

Got in some good jabs before the haymaker vaulted him into the stands at the end.

Needed more ground and pound. Would have liked to see an arm bar.

Last thing: I like what Swift has brought to the offense, but I’m sick of seeing him get tackled by the first defender and dropped to the ground immediately for no extra yardage. We have to get a physical complement to him. He’s just not tough enough. We had so many runs that looked like they were going to pop and nothing came of it. Break a damn tackle.

But he’s know Jalen all his life, surely that means he’s qualified to get on the job training as an off coordinator for a team with SB aspiration's?

Roob might want to proofread his 10 Observations.

They haven’t all been his fault. But 15 turnovers in 13 games for Jalen Hurts is definitely concerning. In his first three seasons, Hurts lost six fumbles on 2,316 snaps. This year he’s lost five in 883 snaps (plus Sunday night). So he’s gone from losing a fumble every 386 snaps to losing one every 176. So more than twice as often. Why is he fumbling so much? There are times Hurts tries to do too much with the ball in his hands, times he runs into traffic in the pocket trying to escape the rush, times he simply is unaware of defenders in the area. Sunday’s fumble was just a good play by safety Donovan Wilson stripping McNabb in traffic, but it can’t happen. The Cowboys had just taken a 7-0 lead, the Eagles had a nice drive going deep in Dallas territory and then that. When Hurts was dealing with that knee injury, he was staying out of harm’s way, taking a knee before he got hit if he was in the open field. And it made sense. As often as Hurts takes off and runs – both on called runs and scrambles – there’s just not a lot of good things that can come out of it. He’s just got to be more careful. But that’s not in his nature.

He used to break tackles and have great balance.  We haven't seen that for a few weeks. He keeps looking like he is about to break a big one,  and then gets brought down at the last split second before it breaks.

Not sure where his balance went.

Still,  we knew we needed a big back prior to the season beginning.  The Eagles didn't recognize the need.

Brian Johnson is the one who's known Hurts since he was a kid.

I was one of the few that was reserved on that trade. Liked it but didn’t think it was just some absolute steal. When a team is willing to give up something like swift I question what are their motives. Sometimes teams are dumb like titans with aj. But other Times it’s because the name or perceived value is better than the actual value.  injuries were part of his exit. He’s avoided those but his not getting more yards that are there or hitting the right hole at times is an issue he had with the lions. Frankly we also don’t utilize the thing he does best which is pass catching in space. You wanna see what he does best put on the eagles lions game last year.

Yeah I know. I mistook DeSai for BJ. But my point still applies.

We can kiss those 2 3rd round picks goodbye. Don't worry, they will let BJ go, he'll go wherever Justin Fields goes next year and be his QB coach and then in 2025, he'll get a HC job and that team will get the 3rd round picks.

I'd like to say they should take this personally, but they didn't the last two weeks, so not expecting it. Basically indirectly saying the Eagles D is horrendous.

After taking some time to reflect I’ve concluded that this is a fraudulent team who has gotten lucky all year and doesn’t have the talent to hang with the elite NFC teams. Coaching, personnel, sloppy play, turnovers. It’s just a total sht show with no signs of things changing. We will beat up on some bad teams before the playoffs and then get destroyed again.

As long as Deebo is healthy they were always gonna beat the Eagles this year, unlike most coaches, Shanahan isn't an idiot, he saw Howell embarrass the Eagles defense with quick passes and had Purdy do the same thing.  Unlike the Commanders who do have decent WR's, Deebo is on another level.

Used to feel bad for Dak with everything he’s gone through but now can’t stand the guy. Only thing I’m looking forward to in the playoffs is him costing them another playoff game.

Dak's not blind

23 of 27 targets went to AJ and DeVonta tonight. They're just too dependent on those guys and don't really run creative routes with them either. They don't target the middle of the field with Goedert and passes to backs are non-existent. It's like a color by numbers playbook with not a lot of creativity. Julio Jones is a walking corpse out there and they get zero impact from their third receiver. Everyone talks about Quez's speed, but when was the last time they schemed something up to take a deep shot with him?
