I seriously would trade Nick for Tomlin if the Steelers would be dumb enough to do it. Nick and his emotions will only go so far when he loses the locker room because they realize he doesn't know what he is doing. He has horrible coaches under him and he doesn't have a good offensive mind. I think it's about to get ugly.

Pretty sure he still has the highest winning percentage of any coach in the NFL. Just get better coaches under him and let him learn. Not that hard. Do you honestly feel Mike McCarthy was a good coach from the beginning of his tenure, or do you think he just learned a Fton mutually with Rodgers as Rodgers learned from him?

Is 65 good or bad?

Not particularly great. Means he’s been average. Last year he was a 73. So above average.

No clue, but clearly the approach isn’t working, and you’d think professional athletes could figure it out. AJB probably just doesn’t give a S because he’s not the intended receiver.

It looked like he tried to sell the illegal pick by faking an injury lol

That's exactly what I said in my post earlier. I'm with you. EQ is Sirianni but if you give him IQ coordinators married up to this talent in player personnel, it can get you to another SB like last year.

However in saying that, it will need an off-season in staff turnover, strong draft and FA picks to turn it around for next year.

On this play if we got like 1 more second  and hurts looks to aj they likely pick it up. Aj has 2-3 steps on his defender after he and smith pass each other

That play call sucked because our two best pass catchers are well short of the sticks on a very slow-developing play. Not sure what we were thinking there.

Holy cow.

Other teams likely the Phillies are gonna begin doing this. It’s gonna make for super teams and avoiding elevated luxury taxes.

Sounds like the Bobby Bonilla contract on steroids.

Baseball particularly the MLB players association didn’t want a salary cap. This is the type of contract that gives Creedence to the fact that they need a salary cap. It’s basically to circumvent the luxury tax in hopes to create a super team. That’s essentially what they’re doing. And you’ve opened up Pandora’s box, because it’s not gonna just be the Dodgers who do this. You’re gonna get teams like the Yankees, the Red Sox, the Mets, the Phillies, and other big market teams.

Thats the play I was saying AJ was wide open on. May have had just a bit too little time to throw it there. The RB and the RG are the ones who lost too quikly there. At that point in the game was it still Jurgens or was that Opeta?

I still love Siriani, but he appears to need much better coordinators to handle the football stuff.

Yeah exactly this. He needs to lean entirely on them and not any other way.

I don’t remember who was at right guard at that point. But watching that replay AJ has a good two or three steps. If you get it to him and he turns upfield, he likely is going for a while. there’s nobody else left on that side of the field besides his defender.

Yeah that's something.

Here's to Phillies landing Yamamoto even without any other Japanese players here to comfort him btw.

Eagles theme for this year is "lucky”

This team should be 7-6.
Dak stepping out of bounds

MVS dropping a game winning catch in the Chiefs game

Bills Gabe Davis miscommunication with Josh Allen

7-6 Sounds about right for this team.

yep. and his route is only 1 yard short to even if he doesnt break a potential tackle attempt, hes likely falling for the 1st anyway. That was the way to go if there was a fraction of a second more. Thats assuming Hurts wasnt going to just lock on to the 1st read and throw to Smith anyway- which I think he would have.

Both AJ and Devonta looked disinterested last night. Both fumbled and both were frustrated by Dallas DBs all night.
