When I went back and listened to some Titans podcast about the trade, they said he wasn’t playing nearly as good as in previous seasons. Maybe he’s just having a down here and he’ll be fine next year. There’s always the agholor was bad for a couple years and then that Super Bowl year he was really good. It can go the exact opposite. He’s also 30 going on 31. Chance he has declined enough where he’s just not an all pro/pro bowl but serviceable starter.

Even if he was playing well theres almost no chance they bring him back at $14M. Playing like this, he’s not going to get another contract from them period.
