how would the eagles have a better divisional record?

What is the tie breaker the eagleshave over dallas?

Looks like Rush is coming in.

Greenlaw isn't being called dirty for this particular play.  Greenlaw is a dirty player, as evidenced by a long list of offenses, some fined, some not.

The scuffle between him and the sidelines was a whole lot of nothing.  And I mean that, NOTHING.  He wasn't pushed back, he had a hand placed on him.  More violence happens when people enter and exit a subway car.   His REACTION is what caused the escalation.  But, like I said, he's likely dealing with roid rage.  This is who Greenlaw is.

There are other examples, feel free to peruse at your leisure.

Apples and oranges.

Greenlaw is dirty as F. Most of that defense is.

Step back from the open window ledge.  Your hyperbole meter is working overtime.

No! I disagree. Tell him to take a BIG step forward.

Comeback brewing in LA

Nah, it’ll be same as last year. Win in Tampa. Then play SF or the Eagles on the road. We’ll see, you never know, tough road? Sure. No reason to worry about it until the game is played.

Isn't that what I said, beat Tampa and then lose in the divisional round, as always???

Would have loved to see Dak take some more punishment.

I think everyone wants the #1 seed, but Baltimore looks like the only shot that the Niners lose in the remaining games.

It was laid out a while ago... the 2 seed wouldn't be the worst outcome for the Eagles... potentially.

1 - 49ers
2 - Eagles
3 - Lions
4 - Bucs/Saints
5 - Cowboys
6 - Vikings
7 - Saints/Bucs/Rams

Eagles matchup at home against NFC South runner up (or maybe the Rams
Lions host Vikings (weird matchup as it would be the 3rd in about 5 weeks)
NFC South winner hosts Dallas.

If the team with the better record wins each matchup...

Round 2 - Eagles host Lions.   49ers host Dallas.

If Lions falter in the playoffs, Eagles host Dallas.  49ers host Vikings.

Not stealing it.   They OWN it.   Dallas... on the road... after a full week of smelling themselves.

I saw it coming, that’s why I went and played golf today. Made it home for the second half, just an ugly game.

It was a whole WIP topic the other day, and it’s been said a few times in here. I think it’s just people trying to reassure themselves, but it just doesn’t make sense to think #2 seed is better.

Better?   No.   But, much better than #3.  And WAY better than #5.

Ok, Rush not in.

We beat the Bills, they are getting beat by the Bills😂

why do you still have your starters in?

Dallas trying to get lamb hurt down 28 with 8 to go.

It seems it would be strength of victory.

That'd cancel out the fact that we lost to the Jets, and they beat the Jets. If we lose tomorrow, we then have a loss to Seattle and they beat them. Losing to Seattle after this gift today would be very bad.

Yes.   But, if Dallas wins as the #5, and Detroit wins as #3.   Then, as I pointed out, the 49ers host Dallas and the Eagles host Detroit.  I prefer that second round matchup for the Eagles.   BUT.. the issue would be the next round, going to SF versus them coming here is very very different.

"..this loss doesn't make them any less of a competitor than they were a week ago."

No this loss cements the fact they can't beat good teams especially on the road

I can’t understand really how SF clinched last week and Dallas clinched before us. I know it’s to do with record and conference record but it’s still madness. Anyway we clinch with a SF win so just minutes away from another play off season.

I think its all about the way the tiebreakers work.

Say what you WANT…The Eagles may FIND a way to wiin, and you may not like that. BUT NOONE could keep The Eagles at only 3 points all game like this….and many of you sold out on your team, talking about how The Eagles ARENT as good. Patoooie

they're hell bent on not being shut out in second half
