Honestly I don’t think you laid it out that far, but sure. Actually getting to the divisional round has never been a given with DAL for the last 30 years. I know what the team is and their failures in years past…as well as today for that matter. It is what it is. I’m still gonna believe until they’re out of the postseason tournament.

BTW... looks like the Eagles clinch a playoff spot once the 49ers game ends.

 

Eagles needed:  Packers loss, Atlanta loss, SF win, and Detroit win.

 

So, the reason Dallas clinched sooner is just about the timing of when the games happened.   Eagles are in the playoffs.  Just a few minutes from being official.

Well, we HOPE it would be different. 

This Niners team cannot be beat in SF or in Philly as we are playing presently.  We would need to be MUCH better. And some rain wouldn't hurt.

But I am sure your point is we have little to no chance in SF and at least a better chance in Philly, with which I agree.
